The pool
This a bit tired and dated
Hotel was dated & needs updating
Nice staff and quite relaxed
Breakfast was good but more healthy options would be good
We had a great stay at the hotel in Sabah. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A pleasant and relaxing experience overall
One area for improvement would be the breakfast, adding more variety, especially non-Malaysian options, would make the experience better.
(1) Facilities - large swimming pool (decent enough to swim laps in) and a small water slide for kids (and adults). Gym - good variety of equipment but a bit outdated and limited free weights. (2) Breakfast buffet - decent spread. There was nasi lemak, curries, pastries, congees, cereals, etc.
(1) Bed mattress was a bit too firm for my liking. (2) Bins overflowing next to the pool. (3) Need to "sign out" for towels at the gym. But you don't have to sign when returning them, so I don't understand why signing in was needed. (4) Building and interiors really outdated and needing TLC. (5) Staff were nice enough when checking in but I felt there was little "service". E.g. when leaving, nobody helping us with our luggage and no pool service. Just little things that would go a long way in a "4-star" hotel.
It’s a great location and lots of gym facilities. Enjoyed the swimming pool.
The property was nice but there’s hardly anything to eat for breakfast after 9 am. Report back to the female staff on counter but she didn’t seem interested.
La piscine, la chambre, le personnel, l’emplacement dans la forêt
Le choix au petit déjeuner qui pourrais être plus varié, un peu chère pour le lieu
Acceuil pas très chaleureux passé juste une nuit
L acceuil
The room smelt.
The facilities were tired
Nice staff comfy and clean
A bit dated and musty
