Fine for a short stay but overpriced and needs a refurb.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The price of the drinks in the bar was extremely expensive.
The hotel seems very run down and the breakfast selection was poor compared to other hotels of the same price and rating.

Superb option for Sandakan
Pros:

For a regional hotel, this was awesome and exceeded expectations. A huge pool with slides for the kids. Excellent food including an all-day restaurant.

Cons:

Nothing really. Breakfast could have been a little more expansive but it was still fine.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und aufmerksam, allerdings ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen und dürfte zeitnah etwas überholt werden müssen.
Schade denn das Hotel und die dort absteigenden Gäste verbreiten eine sehr gute Stimmung, welche ganz sicher ausbaufähig wäre. Was sehr schön ist ist der tolle Dschungelgarten, unbedingt begehen.

Cons:

Allgemein das Essen ist ok, aber auch nicht mehr.

Had pre arranged an extra bed for our daughter but they said they didnt get it even though they had confirmed it via email.

Lovely stay clean comfortable rooms. Nice pool area and good breakfast
Pros:

Lovely hotel clean and comfortable with nice breakfast.

Cons:

A little remote and the road is very busy with poor or no footpaths so taxis needed to get about. Grab is very cheap though so this didn’t have a negative impact on our stay.
