Mixed stay
Pros:

Good breakfast and helpful staff on the whole.

Cons:

The way that guests were sidelined to make way for a large group of Americans. The hotel clearly doesn’t treat each guest equally as these Americans were treated preferentially. We were banned from the usual breakfast room and given an inferior location. We were also given a much reduced dinner menus, and were told the kitchens were too busy to cater fully for us as they were catering g for the Americans.

Le personnel et plus globalement les Malais sont des gens adorables !
Nous avons la chance d'avoir un serveur de l'hôtel, nous voyant marcher sous un soleil de plomb, 0s'arrêter (alors qu'il était en fin de service) et nous proposer de nous poser en ville.
Le jeune homme de la salle de sport a été lui également adorable et quel talent pour apprendre le français en seulement 2 fois 5 minutes

Un côté vieillot de l'hôtel.
Piscine bien occupée par les enfants.

Beautiful, clean, nice staff
Pros:

The room was clean and very spacious. View of the forest was great as long as you chose not to look at the parking lot 🥹
Air conditioner worked very well. We only stayed 1 night but would definitely go back to use the amenities as well. Restaurant was ok, dulled down flavours but as it was pouring rain it made it very convenient to have that option. Staff were absolutely lovely. Location was easy for cab to find.

Fantastic stay. Pool complex was brilliant! My children loved it. Super comfy beds. Amazing breakfast, fabulous staff. Great little gym. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything was perfect, would totally come here again and time.

Mycket trevlig vistelse, lugnt och skönt med underbar personal
Pros:

Mycket trevlig personal , bra frukost god middag i restaurangen ,snyggt och prydligt runt poolen, gymmet var bra. Var en varan som kom och hälsade på badade bla i poolen , bodde i närheten så kom vad vi förstod, varje dag.

Cons:

Då vi bodde i typ juniorsvit med balkong och solstolar, kunde det varit bättre städat där , massa skräp på golvet och fullt med fågelskit på räcket, och inga dynor till Solstolarna, vi sa till om städningen men fågelskiten var kvar på räcket ändå.

First time fine second time disappointed

This should be an excellent hotel but it fails for silly reasons
The rooms are fine if not a little basic but quite spacious
The restaurants are ok the main restaurant was good but does not serve alcohol

Cons:

We stayed twice the first time we had a view over the pool and we had a meal in the Chinese restaurant. The food was ok but we had to send the soup and a main dish back because they were cold
When we stayed the second time we had a room which overlooked a roof not great . We didn't complain as we were tired and had an early start. Then at 8 pm there was a lot of noise next door and it was clear they were doing renovation work we called down to reception to complain about the noise - they at first denied that there was work going on then remembered that there was !!They said they would ask them to stop which they did 35 minutes later. In the morning I asked why they had put us there when there was clearly work going on - I was told it was because they were full - nonsense there were 7 people at breakfast and been 4 of us at dinner - when we stayed the first time there was about 50 people at breakfast
Facilities are fine but the hotel is a little remote although it tends to be used as an overnight stop so that is fine
