Satisfaisant and will come again.
Pros:

Location to the harbour is quite near, the swimming pool is clean and satisfying breakfast.

Cons:

Not many choices on tv channels, there seems to be a problem with the aircond, as the rooms wasn’t really cold..

Apparently the best hotel in Sandakan but could do with a makeover
Pros:

Size of the room.
Convenient for onward travel
Friendly staff
Place was clean

Cons:

Rooms were dated and tired
Breakfast was average
Sadly the Chinese restaurant was closed due to a large booking and we didn't know until we tried to get in.

Enjoyable stay but be aware it needs a refurb.
Pros:

Pool was a lovely area and the water temperature was perfect- nice and warm!
Staff were wonderful- so helpful and friendly.
Cocktails were great.

Cons:

Hotel is now very dated and a bit shabby in places. We understand there is a planned refurbishment.
Lack of furniture on our balcony.
Lack of choice at breakfast - a wider variety of food types is needed.

Great place to relax by the pool and enjoy the spa
Pros:

Lovely pool and spacious rooms. Great massage! Very fast lift. Resident monitor lizard that swims in the pool every day. Sauna & steam room.

Cons:

Remote location (can’t walk anywhere). Service was a bit slow and sometimes forgotten! Breakfast was limited.

Frukosten var helt OK. Personalen skötte utbudet OK. Lugnt och städat på hotellet och i restaurangen

Cons:

Vi beställde middag på hotellet. Jag beställde en lammkotlett som var bra kryddad och väl tillagad men kotletten var definitivt inte en lammkotlett. Köttet bestod av huvudsakligen en stor ryggkota från mitten av halsen vilket gjorde att det var en sror sena, nacksenan, och mycket hinnor och lite kött.
Tyvärr fick jag ingen respons av serveringspersonalen som uppenbarligen inte vet vad en lammkotlett är för något.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist für 1-2 Nächte eine gute Option im Vergleich zu den Sepilok Ressorts. Sauber, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Poolanlage zum Abkühlen und nett für Familien. Mit Grab ist man relativ schnell sowohl am Flughaafen als auch in der Stadt Sandkan.

Cons:

Personal: Etwas unpersönlich. Infos zur Anlage, den Restaurants, Check- out, etc. muss man sich erfragen.
Zimmer: Fenster lässt sich aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht öffnen. Sobald die Klimanlage aus ist, riecht es seltsam süß nach Raumduft. Ausstattung bräuchte dringend ein Update.
Essen: Restaurant mit Buffet-Option ist typisches All-you-can-eat und die Qualität ist ok, aber mehr als einmal würde ich dort nicht essen wollen. Das andere Restaurant haben wir nicht ausprobiert.
