The Regent Grand

Most of our party could not sleep 3 out of 4 nights because of the Shisha Lounge next door had loud music until 3am. There is no restaurant on site and NO room service. RE noise, they had no cots so people could sleep in another room easily. RE lack of food, they can order food from a restaurant nearby and bring it to the pool and beach (except Sundays when it is closed). Service was very good but required us to request every single thing. We overpaid but booked a room very late in the season.

Wonderful resort. Very low key and high quality. The staff is amazing. The pool is nice and the beach is mellow. Lots of walking and great things to do

All the staff at the Regent Grand was amazing! John was exceptional. Loved the location, close to lots of yummy food, bars and shops.

The Regent Grand is the place to stay in Grace Bay. The service is impeccable and the central location makes it easy to walk to all shops and restaurants. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and the view from the 5th floor was stunning. It was so nice to be just steps from the beach. Skip the mega resorts and stay here !!!

Beautiful boutique style hotel in the heart of Grace bay. The hotel is on the ocean and the view from the rooms is breathtaking. The bed and pillows were great and the room was very quiet at night. There was a good shower and the air conditioning and fans were quiet. If not for seeing housekeeping each day we would not have known anyone was in the suite next to us. Housekeeping was daily and very good. The pool is huge and warm. You can sit by the pool in the evening and listen to the music from Shisha lounge. The hotel is very quiet, no music at the pool or evening entertainment, we took our own speaker and set it on the ledge of the pool and carried it to the beach with us. All the staff were attentive. There is no technical restaurant on site but there is menu service is available beach/poolside and delivered, you can charge it to your room. We found these prices much better than the nearby restaurants within the same menu. They bring bottles of water and set up your chairs for you. There is a bar at the pool. There are several restaurants within a 2-5 minute walk. I have been to large resorts and walked further across the resort for meals. There is a cigar and rum shop right outside the gates with better prices on alcohol than the “liquor store” across the street. We initially booked the Ritz next door because it’s the Ritz… but noticed the Regent Grand with better reviews, larger rooms and at a better cost. The resort also sits much closer to the ocean than the Ritz with better walk out to ocean access. In addition to Shisha there is another evening lounge “Blu” on the other side of the parking deck with DJ. The front desk can arrange taxis and assist with excursions. We will definitely book here when we return to the island.

Not at all what was described

Beautiful views, awesome property. Great place since it is mainly owner occupied. Our favorite place on the island. Not many children makes it a great place for couples. No need for a car since every thing is walkable.

Gorgeous pool, immaculate grounds, stunning beach in front of the resort.
Very attentive Barman and beach staff, room very clean, has kitchen.
Best location, walk to all restaurants and bars

The best hotel in the island. John by the pool. Excellent. Lorraine very good location . The beach is the most beautiful and turquoise color.

Location was great and convenient! Tracy, Loraine and the concierge team made sure everyday went smoothly and kept us busy!

It was outstanding - beautiful grounds and perfect proximity to beach. Huge rooms with so much space. Terrific service! The pool is outstanding - perfect temp and huge! And bonus: they have the sweetest cats on the property. Feed and pet them if you stay there!

Great staff from the front desk to the beach service. Friendly, accommodating, and make you feel welcome! A couple of maintenance issues but nothing to get in a twist about. Beaches were wide and the facility is beautiful especially at dusk.

The room was decorated luxurious and the bed was very comfortable! Having a stainless pan to cook with was a bonus!
