Wonderful location, friendly staff and nice room and amenities. Great breakfast, as well.
Pros:

The staff was awesome, aways pleasant and helpful! We also arrived very tired and did not have to wait for a room, which was appreciated. Clean, pleasant stay and nice breakfast. Great location, walking distance to everything. Would stay here again, if we return.

Cons:

Fantastic hotel with heart.
Pros:

We had a lovely time in the hotel. Everything was absolutely exceptional. Location is perfect to reach everything and still not too noisy. Breakfast was delicious and always plenty of everything… even shortly before closing time. Every member of staff was very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay memorable.

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing we would say that would need to be changed.

Fantastic hotel, would stay here again in a heartbeat
Pros:

Amazing location, couldn’t be more handy for exploring Sorrento. Yet it doesn’t feel busy or noisy, it’s perfectly tucked away. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed has been so comfortable and the staff are lovely. The breakfast selection is fantastic and we managed to have an afternoon relaxing in the rooftop pool.
