Amazing
Pros:

Christina is restaurant is awesome.
Pros:

Christina, our server, at the hotel restaurant was fantastic. Attentive & friendly. She offered recommendations that were great. When she brought my to-go box, she thought of everything. Knowing I was in a hotel she brought plastic ware, extra napkins & a moist towelet. Awesome service!

Pros:

Stayed here at short notice after my flight was cancelled. Hotel room clean and good standard. Good choice for breakfast. Staff really make this place. Excellent service from the moment I arrived. Thank you for taking such good care of me. 👏

Awful with trans customers
Pros:

So I will first state that I am a trans woman. I came to the hotel for a vacation to see family and friends in Florida.

My experience was going well during my stay until I ran into a staff member who decided to misgender me to my face and also to other guest. I felt very disrespected and upset by this happening.

For over 300 dollars a night I expected better from you Hilton. For that price I could have stayed at other properties that have respected me and my identity in the past.

Please do better with training your staff to be bigoted on their own time and not while working.

I was stranded after flight cancellations and booked in last minute, Joseph on the front desk was fantastic in helping me get everything sorted out during a stressful time. Room was clean, comfortable and the food was excellent, good value for money.

Great Experience!
Pros:

GInah and staff very welcoming and accommodating! I was impressed with the professionalism of every person I encountered. Great location, comfortable room, inviting pool and delicious breakfast! Also shuttle to and from airport is a nice perk!

Good airport hotel food!
