Pros:

Spotless. Had dinner up to 10 pm. Food was fantastic Below is a picture of the hummus dish I ordered. It was fabulous. The staff were super helpful and kind.

I would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Literally close to everything, the airport being near was one thing but I had access to many restaurants and stores. It was perfection. I loved the hot tub and pool. The bartender brendalee was amazing.

Pros:

The location is great. Very close to the airport. The free shuttle is a plus, and the driver was very entertaining and delightful. The rooms were clean, very minimal, but comfortable.

Cons:

The hallways had a weird, musty smell, and my toilet kept running all night. This was after changing rooms because the first one they gave me, the TV was broken. They also overbooked, and I did not get the room I originally chose.

Pros:

Perfect for our needs: close to Tampa airport, clean and comfortable room, good restaurant (steak bowl and pan seared salmon were delicious!), and super friendly staff. What more can you ask for?

Very good choice- conveniently located to TPA and Shuttle too
Pros:

Ahmed was on duty and the hotel is very full due to a nationwide winter storm. He was very professional and friendly. He was understanding and helped me check-in quickly. The hotel lobby had fresh coffee. The restaurant was closed till evening dinner but looked clean. The pool and pool area was very clean with new loungers and tables with umbrellas. There were clean and soft towels poolside. My room was so clean and spacious! The LG TV is so clear and a large size. The room and bathroom were immaculate! The Crabtree & Evelyn products have always been favorites of mine so I appreciate the elevated products. The water pressure in the shower was great as well. The 4 star review was because the AC unit/thermostat gave us some extreme temps overnight so it was difficult to be comfortable all night.

Disappointed
Pros:

No water one of the days and front desk staff told guests they were having trouble reaching management to resolve the issue. Had to leave the hotel to go find a bathroom. Internet also down for two days during my stay.

Wonderful experience!
Pros:

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Westshore on multiple occasions due to needing to travel to Tampa to take board exams. When one travels for such a stressful thing, those around them really make the difference! The front desk receptionist, Ginah, was always very kind and helpful! I was also served by Conway each morning during breakfast. He was always so kind and attentive to my needs, and this certainly made the stressful time easier! I am happy to report I passed all my exams, but have to extend my thanks to Conway and Ginah both, as well as the rest of the staff, for making my stays not only bearable, but enjoyable! :)
