A lovely place to stay and to dine.
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel. The first attraction is the location - a brief ride from the airport using the A1 Express shuttle - but it has a lot more to offer. The rooms are pretty and immaculate, and the staff is excellent - prompt, capable, courteous.

We were especially impressed by the quality of the food in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet is a bit pricey at $18, but it's very good. The wait staff is terrific. A shoutout to Christina, who served our dinner, and to Conway, who helps guests at breakfast time.

Cons:

On check in, they tried to give me a different and type of room that what I ordered. The desk clerk kept saying that was all that was available, and was rude. We looked at it, and it was noisy and looked right out at the pool filter which was also noisy. A manager finally switched us.

Great place to eat amongst the airport hotels.
Pros:

We did not stay here, but we ate at the Coast Restaurant inside three times because the service and food was so good.

Outstanding Staff and Facilities
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff and facilities were truly outstanding. We had exceptional service the morning of February 1st from Conway at breakfast.

Pros:

My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Garden in Westshore in Tampa. We stayed two nights and had a wonderful experience. Check-in was amazing withJoseph. Our restaurant server. Conway was more than exceptional. Watched him work. He was always doing something and at our table asking us if we needed anything what a worker our cleaning staff was very nice. Our room was clean. The hotel was clean. The bathroom was clean. We had hot water facilities we use were fine for a hotel clean and the pool was very nice transportation from the airport to the hotel was timely. We hadagain an exceptional experience would stay here again, most definitely

Did not feel safe.. put a chair under the door handle..

The door key did not work..she had to let us in with the master key..also the breakin safety latch did not work, had two screws missing..
She said maintenance would fix it at 9 am.. there were no other rooms available …it was not her fault , she was very friendly and helpful..give her a raise..

Fabulous. Highly recommend. Would return.

Excellent. Kind friendly staff. Lovely bright light spacious rooms and fab pool to chill. Y for a few days before flying out. Free airport shuttle bus and great food in the dining area.
