Harmony Hotel - an Atlas Boutique Hotel

We had an amazing time staying at Harmony. You simply cannot beat the location. Rooms are a bit dated but did fine for our family of five (split to two rooms). Breakfast was excellent. The staff was attentive. And the location is amongst the best in Jerusalem. It was a great home base for us.

Great Rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location a couple of steps from Jaffa Street. They have an indoor garage.

Happy hour was very good.

Breakfast was too expensive for what they have to offer.

The window in our room didn't close; they tried to fix it but didn't succeed

Excellent location! Right next to the Jaffa and Ben Yehuda Streets. Our room was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The breakfast and afternoon refreshments were delicious! Best of all, the hospitality staff were attentive and went out of their way to make us feel at home!

We has a shoer stay at this hotel but a great experience!
Staff was super friendly and helpful with everything we asked/needed.
We were upgraded to a bigger room free of charge which was a fun surprise.

A walking distance from so many land marks , the old city, the market place and so many great restaurants.

Shalom all, My name is Aliyah I am originally from India but I am an Australian citizen, my mother R'achel and I finished our Geirut (Conversion to Judaism) and we came to Jerusalem to spend the Chaggim in Israel. Since its our first Chaggim a Jews we spent the first half of our Chaggim at the Harmony Hotel, all the staff, everyone at the Harmony Hotel made our stay very special and memorable, my mum and I are very grateful

I wanted to say "Thank You" to Ayala Dekel the Regional Manager for managing such hard working and incredible staff with excellency and professionalism of the highest level, Thank You Ayala you are amazing, and to all the excellent staff at the Harmony Hotel, a very special Thank You to Thakvor for his professionalism and support during my stay, and to Tarik who helped my mum and me get a taxi when we left the hotel and to every staff member at the Harmony hotel who made the time at the Harmony hotel a memorable and amazing stay

I would also like to Thank the staff at the Arthur Hotel as we sometimes went to the Arthur Hotel for breakfast, a big Thank You to all the staff especially Fahid who always has a warm smile to offer and made sure mum and I always had warm coffees with our breakfast

I would highly recommend the Harmony Hotel, it has excellent rooms with incredible staff, services and all you need in a 5 star Hotel. There are shops, public transport, its in an excellent location close to everything in Jerusalem

Wonderful experience in the very heart of Jerusalem-Nachalat Shivha- which is the best , location wise.The rooms were a bit small ( one double, one twin ) but very comfortable and clean, on the fifth floor, facing Yoel Solomon street.The hotel has 3 big advantages ,apart from its location: The fact that they have their own parking .Secondly, the breakfast which was way beyond our expectations- full of fresh salads, freshly baked bread and bagettes, and lovely cakes- and third of all- the friendly and polite service, specially Tarek, who was so helpful and generous.Over all, one of the best value for money hotels in Jerusalem.

Excellent hotel. Clean, nicely planned and great location. The only disadvantage is the parking. It was very frustrating to get to the parking and we had to park in another parking garage. But here too Tarek the wonderful man at the reception helped us. I have to compliment mainly the wonderful service in this hotel. Especially Tarek who attended to all our needs. We will come back!

This is truly what they mean by a boutique hotel. Firstly the location is perfect. In the heart of town, everything is either walking distance or perfectly positioned near public transport. Fabulous eating, restaurants, cafes with live music, street food, shops and museums all right outside your doorstep. Breakfast is fresh and absolutely delicious, a wide enough selection of anything one might want or need. Rooms are clean and serviced in a timely manner. Happy hour comprises of a delicious array of fresh foods and drinks. Such a surprising and wonderful bonus. Finally and most importantly the staff are unbelievable. Welcoming and personable, nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is willing to do anything, you never ever hear “ that’s not my job “. Each staff member knows your name and room number. Each time you return to the hotel, you are welcomed “back home”. So, what else could you possibly want from your accommodation? Congratulations to you all. I am very much looking forward to come back and enjoy your warm and welcoming hospitality once again. Praying for the safety and security of you all. You deserve nothing less.

stuff is very friendly. Clean, parking space is very tight. Location is good. A bit outdated,

Tarek and the rest of the staff at the Harmony hotel went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and safe as war broke out in Israel. Under conditions like that you become like family in a matter of days. The staff fed us, reassured us and looked after us like we were their flock. I am very grateful that our VRBO fell through so that we had the staff and other guests at the Harmony hotel to commiserate with. Charming hotel in a fabulous location! I highly recommend!!

The Harmony hotel is well situated, walking distance to many important places, including great dining options.
The hotel staff is delightful, the breakfast option is excellent, the lobby area is very nice.
The beds are a bit short, if you are over 6'3" your feet may hang if lying completely straight. The bedrooms are a bit tired, but clean. We would stay here again
