Categories

Cleanliness
8.5
Rooms described as clean in reviews, no major cleanliness complaints, but minor notes about aged fixtures suggest standard upkeep rather than pristine condition.
Service
9.6
Staff repeatedly praised as kind, helpful and flexible (helped with parking after checkout, early room access), indicating very strong service.
Location
9.8
Multiple mentions of an excellent, central location (near Old City, Jaffa Gate, on the umbrella promenade) — a standout strength.
Room Quality
8.3
Some rooms described as slightly dated; specific complaints about the bathroom/shower and an uncomfortable twin bed and street noise due to windows, lowering room-quality sentiment.
Amenities
9.2
Free parking and convenient services (early check-in, flexible parking) mentioned positively; breakfast considered an amenity and was highly rated.
Value for Money
9
Review explicitly notes great value for price; overall sentiment is that the hotel offers strong value.
Food and Beverage
9.6
Breakfast described multiple times as excellent, fresh and varied — a clear positive for F&B.
Overall Experience
9.6
Overall sentiment is very positive with multiple recommendations to return; isolated negatives (noise, dated bathroom) slightly temper an otherwise excellent experience.

מעולה
Pros:
