Que no respetarán mi reservación.
La excusa que me dieron fue que si no se hacía check in a las 6 pm cancelaban las reservaciones.
Elegí el hotel por su ubicación cerca de cintermex ya que iba a un evento y tuve que irme hasta paseo tec después del evento en dónde si respetaron mi reserva a pesar de que llegué a las 11 pm.

Todo nos gustó,pero una duda, 2 habitaciones x 2 noches fueron 7000, una noche mas que pedí fueron 4500 x las 2, varía según el día o hay algún descuento si al mismo tiempo pido 2 o 3 noches?

Cons:

I was looking for a hotel with pool that's why I chose Antaris and the location but they didn't mention on their website that the pool was out of service; if I had known, I would have stayed somewhere else. I felt like I paid for nothing.

Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue definitivamente la ubicación. Me pareció súper estratégica, céntrica y de fácil acceso. Hay restaurantes, comercios y diferentes lugares turísticos y culturales muy cerca, lo que facilita muchísimo movilizarse y conocer Monterrey. Para mí fue uno de los principales puntos a favor del hotel, porque prácticamente tienes muchas opciones alrededor y resulta muy conveniente para una estadía corta.

Cons:

Considero que el hotel necesita mayor inversión en mantenimiento. En mi habitación tuve un problema con el aire acondicionado, ya que al encenderlo comenzaba a caer bastante agua desde una loseta del techo que se observaba mal colocada. Lo reporté desde el primer día y personal de mantenimiento llegó a revisarlo; sin embargo, al día siguiente el problema continuaba.

Volví a reportarlo mientras me encontraba trabajando en la habitación y, después de aproximadamente cinco horas sin una solución, tuve que bajar personalmente a recepción para solicitar atención. Finalmente pedí un cambio de habitación, ya que no consideraba cómodo continuar en esas condiciones, y el proceso tomó aproximadamente una hora y media adicional.

Quiero destacar que el personal de mantenimiento que me atendió fue muy amable. Mi observación está dirigida principalmente a la necesidad de mejorar el mantenimiento preventivo de las instalaciones y los tiempos de respuesta ante este tipo de inconvenientes.

Stay with great location in Monterrey
Pros:

The location is amazing, walking distance from the Fundidora park. A parking spot always available. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Bedsheets and towels are very clean and comfortable. Very good airco.

Cons:

The beds are smaller than the ones shown in the pictures. The shower has clear signs of usage.

Pésimo servicio
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel

Cons:

Salia mal olor de las cañerías a desagüe todos los días y se impregnaba en las habitaciones
No colocaban botellas de agua en la habitación
No tenían en funcionamiento la piscina y estaba en arreglos en el hotel era peligroso para los huéspedes ya que había ruido por los mismo
En el restaurante no había lo que se solicitaba de comer mal servicio
