el servicio de comedor, en el desayuno habia pocas personas atendiendo y se tardaron mucho en traerme el platillo que pedi a la carta, al igual que la fila para el bufet donde hacen el huevo lentisimo

Cons:

Los chicos de recepción eficientes, y los mayores nada cálidos, les preguntas algo y muy secos, se que los regios hablan algo golpeado pero ya en un hotel , pueden suavizar sus modos y mas los señores grandes que atienden y ser mas amigables . Solo eso y serian el mejor hotel de la zona

Conveniente, puede mejorar en limpieza y condiciones de las instalaciones.

Cons:

1.- Alberca Fuera de servicio y no era claro en la propaganda del hotel, Al notar que tenia la expectativca de utilizarla, simplemente pidieron una disculpa pero no ofrecieron ningun tipo de compensación,

2.- La habitación estaba muy deteriorada, tanto dem mobiliario como las paredes, el baño y el closet, no generaba una sensación de limpieza.

3.- El puente peatonal , ( que si bien no es parte del hotel) , se maneja como una conveniencia de la ubicación, y llega hasta el lobby, tenia heces de perro, y notablemente no se limpia con frecuencia
