Buena ubicación, buenas instalaciones para hotel enfrente de Cintermex.
Pros:

La cama estuvo bien, confortable, el colchón como debe de ser no firme, no "flacido", sino muy bien para un descanso correcto. Si lo recomiendo.
El servicio del mesero en el restaurante fue muy bueno.

Cons:

La comida en el restaurante, quizás porque ya fui tarde al restaurante pero en realidad no me gustó. Pedí enchiladas y en lugar de tener pollo desmenuzado, era como el resto del pollo que le frieron y pusieron en las enchiladas, estaba duro y pues no me gustó. Eso no lo recomiendo.

Get better technology at the front desk!
Cons:

For some reason my credit card was charged day before I checked out—it was not a pre-paid stay. When I went to check out on the last day, I want to pay partial cash and partial check and the hotel at fist told me this could not be done. After much back and forth, the hotel agreed to take my cash, but I was told it would take 45 days for the credit to my card to materiaize. We are living in the21st century, not the dark ages—pretty ridiculous. Still waiting for my credit to appear.

Cons:

El drenaje del baño estaba tapado y la llave del lavabo no funcionaba bien, ya que tenía que mover la manija hasta que saliera bien el agua y se cerrarla goteaba un poco.
La alberca está en remodelación y nadie avisa, hasta que se.les pregunta en donde se encuentra.
