First of all, I reserve a double rm day before living the place power went off early morning, call resepcion answer was in 10 minutes someone be ther to take care of the problem, 1 hour went by, nobody showed up, called again same answer someone be there, room getting to hot i went down sters to find what the problem was, there answer was this time we going to place you in another rm, I said fine but they give me a small rm yet two bads, but I'll have a lady with us we can't use this rm I said I want my doble rm not single, making long story short, I ended up paying for another rm for the person with us, which is not right you know they are completely wrong thank you. My 11th stayed in the hotel Frances and my last stayed.

Únicamente, la atención la recepcionista en el lugar, que estaba atenta, busco colaborar hasta dónde pudo y fue muy asertiva y empática. Todo lugar necesita personal así.

Cons:

La habitación estaba disponible en la plataforma. Pero no se pudo concretar que me dieran el cuarto, y no hubo ninguna otra persona disponible en el lugar para solucionar. Quien compra un servicio disponible, espera recibirlo. Recomendaría revisarlo.

Las personas que atienden son especiales y prestan un excelente servicio.

Cons:

Las instalaciones, viejas, defectuosas, con humedades, apariencia de estar sucios, las puertas viejas y de difícil acceso, los baños viejos, averiados y feos, no se tiene una estancia agradable.

Cons:

Bed were super uncomfortable and old to the point of sagging in the middle. The bed frame was sticking out and I hit my leg several times.

It was okay but I would rather stay somewhere else.

That it was close to everything and that they lock the gates to come into the hotel at night unless you’re staying there

Wasn’t horrible but would stay somewhere else when coming back.
Pros:

Pros: Central to everything. AC in the rooms work well. Oldest hotel in the city which was cool to learn. Rooftop was ok, but the cathedral has a blocked view. One free drink at the rooftop bar but the bartender decided for us. I wanted a beer but they said Paloma’s only. Paloma was watered down.
The larger suite at the top floor had a fridge. I guess only certain rooms have fridges.

Cons:

Cons: Super dated. Mold in the bathrooms at the top. Not enough outlets in the rooms (2 total for the junior suite) Not all the rooms have a fridge. Bed is on the firm side. 3 small pillows for a large king bed. Bright yellow wristband for every guest that you had to keep on, we had a wedding in the city so it ruined the vibe.
Mirror light and outlet in the bathroom did not work. No counter space in the bathroom so all our toiletries would have had to be placed on top of the toilet.
In laws stayed in a larger suite at the top floor and they had leaking water all over the floor by the second day.
