Hotel is well taken care of and central.
Pros:

The property was really well taken care of. I liked how central it was to everything. The rooftop area was really nice to go and look around. The hotel had its restaurant in it, but I didn’t not get to try it out. It seems like a good overall option if you want to stay close to city center. Staff was also friendly.

Cons:

The only downside was the bathroom. The wall between our bathroom and the bathroom next door didn’t go all the way to the ceiling and you could hear the people next door using the restroom. The shower drain wasn’t centered either so the water would pool and eventually leak out of the area into the rest of the bathroom.

Si quires cerca todo el centro historico este es.
Pros:

Perfecto para visitar todo lo relacionado al centro historico.
Si buscas lujo, no es lo tuyo, aunque tiene mucha historia y es interesante.
El trato del personal es muy bueno.
Para mi cumplio con lo que me era necesario.

Cons:

Deben de cambiar el shampoo de banio tipo agranel por algo mejor.

La señorita de recepción que está en la mañana es súper genial

En una habitación había ácaros (nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación)

Pros:

Lo único bueno fue la ubicación. El edificio es bonito pero solo si quieres tomarte fotos.

Cons:

El internet simplemente no funciona, el piso de la habitación estaba sucio, el inodoro no funcionaba correctamente, tuvimos unos adolescentes en habitación contigua que traían un escándalo a las 11 de la noche, llame a la recepción y aún así estuvieron haciendo mucho ruido, gritando y azotando muebles y la puerta, hasta media noche, el personal amable sin ser comedidos en especial. No volvería ni gratis.

Pros:

Loved the proximity to the city center. This is the city center. Everything you can look at, shop, or eat at is within walking distance. Having air-conditioned rooms during the summer is a huge plus.

Cons:

Didn't realize that they can close the streets for events. So we had to walk with our baggage to the hotel because our ride couldn't make it into the street.
