Luxurious Design

Pros:

Everything about our stay was great. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and we had a very pleasant experience.

I would especially like to recognize Cristel at the reception desk, who was still in training. Despite that, she was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to helping us. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly impressed me. Employees like Cristel make a real difference and leave guests with a lasting positive impression of the hotel.

Pros:

Letto comodissimo fornito di tooper, stanza grande, bagno fornito di crema, docciaschiuma, shampoo e balsamo.
Colazione varia ed abbondante, ci siamo trovati molto bene, abbiamo parcheggiato nelle vicinanze dell'hotel, peccato essere stati una sola notte.

Cons:

Niente, l'unica cosa è la posizione sembra una zona isolata, abbiamo utilizzato l'auto per recarci all'ippodromo la Maura nonostante la vicinanza perchè non ci sentivamo tranquilli, ma questo non è certo un difetto dell'Hotel.

very Clean , Rooms smells nice , Breakfast is okey

Cons:

breakfast varieties , more variation of Bread , cheese and cold cuts we are in Italy ,,,,,fried eggs are not available without extra charges

Un buon soggiorno
Pros:

Che ci fosse uno spazio esterno e il ristorante all’interno dell’hotel. Che le bottigliette d’acqua nel frigobar fossero gratuite.

Cons:

Che non ci fosse un kit di cortesia, data la spesa per una sola notte me lo sarei aspettato.

Pros:

Guy at reception was phenomenal. So helpful and went above and beyond. I believe he deserves special recognition for his personal attention to making our stay fantastic.

Cons:

Breakfast choice could be better. I dont believe 20 euros gives you enough choice for your money
