Ottima struttura, ben organizzata, ottima accoglienza, mi hanno accolto con sorrisi ed un bel biscottone al cioccolato ancora caldo di forno, camere nuove e pulitissime, sicuramente ci tornerò, anche la colazione molto buona e varia con materie prime freschissime. The hotel is decent. nothing great.
The hotel is located in an industrial area and the breakfast was disappointing. Just typical English breakfast with no change in the menu.
everything was sweet, only the scrambled egg being savoury.
There was not even a possibility to get an omelette for a change.
Air-conditioning was in fact suffocating.

The space in the rooms is quite good, given that you're in Europe. Also loved the fact that there's private car parking.
Breakfast is very subpar, and the hotel lacks the ambiance that other Hilton hotels have.
A bit far from city center otherwise perfect.

The parking is a strong advantage. It is partly covered, quite spacious and feels secure thanks to the gated access controlled by reception. Even during my stay it was almost full, so in high season it may be tight, but overall it gives a safe and reliable feeling. During a night with severe stormy weather, it was reassuring to know the car was protected.
The location is excellent for visiting the MiCo Milano Congressi. You can walk there in about 30 minutes via a safe route, but the biggest plus is the free hotel shuttle service. The shuttle drops you directly at the venue entrance and picks you up at an agreed time. This service was extremely convenient and made the stay significantly easier during a busy event schedule.
The shuttle drivers and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication with the hotel was also excellent, with fast responses by email and easy coordination when needed.
The restaurant in the hotel is another highlight. It offers good food at reasonable prices and the staff were consistently friendly. Being able to dine comfortably in the hotel after long days was a real plus.
The room itself was very good: comfortable, well equipped and generally high quality. Small touches like bottled water and a fridge added to the comfort. Despite some minor issues, the overall room experience was strong

Even during a major power outage caused by a storm, the hotel handled the situation very well. Backup systems restored electricity almost immediately, which gave a strong sense of reliability.
The lift system was frustrating. It requires a keycard to activate, which is fine in theory for security but in practice it often didn’t work smoothly and required multiple attempts. This made it inconvenient, especially when others were already using the lift system.
The bathroom layout was not ideal. The toilet was positioned very close to the bathtub (in front) which made movement and drying off slightly uncomfortable and not very hygienic in practice.
While the room was excellent overall, it lacked some practical in-room amenities such as an iron and ironing board. These were available in other comparable hotels and would have been useful to have directly in the room.
Parking, while good, can become crowded, especially in peak periods, which may make availability less reliable I guess.
Not close to the center, but also available with shuttle!
