the elevator was broken
The staff is very professional. Check in was done quickly. Room was clean and inviting. Slept like a rock all night. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!
Issued room with not enough beds at first, on 3rd floor, broken elevator. Had to walk down to rectify and then walk back up to new room. Cable TV didn’t work. Dirty towels and sheets. Looked like vomit or food still on the carpet. Expedia failed on this one
This property is a dump. It's doable if you just stay in your room and avoid the prostitution and drug dealing going on.
There were multiple items in the room that were broken and the room was excruciatingly hot when we arrived. Not impressed at all. I guess that's what I get for trying to save a few bucks.
It wasn't kept up. The property is run down ina shaddy part of Salina. Outside doors won't lock. Elevator doesn't work. Bathtub is very slick and rusty. There were old french fries between the bed and side table.
The pool was not open due to maintenance issues. This was not expressed when I booked the room. The elevator was not working and my room was on the 3rd floor.
This was a terrible facility from walking into the building to walking out it.
This place is in a sketch part of town and there were scary men hanging out in parking lot. Room was totally worn out, drapes coming off wall. Felt very unkept. I had my daughter and granddaughter so we left and went to find another hotel. DONT STAY HERE!
The staff member at the front desk would not look up my reservation. I waited for 45minutes at the front desk just to leave. The staff member disregarded my question about the status of my room and instead asked my small daughter is she would follow him so he could show her Mickey Mouse, which is very inappropriate. All in all, the staff member never checked the computer to see if my reservation was ready, even though it was after the check in time, he only told me that it probably wouldn’t be ready yet and would get back on his phone. Very unprofessional and I was very disappointed. I am requesting a refund since I didn’t ever get checked in and had to leave.

Hotel beds which Expedia used th clear this deal did not pay the motel this I couldn’t check in. I had to pay the motel direct. Got no response from Motel beds or Expedia. Had to go through my credit card to get a refund. Will never use Expedia again. Never!
We had to leave and not stay there was nobody to check us in.
the place was run down
Expedia really need to review this hotel before they put them on their website. This is was by far the worst experience. I’m a traveling worker so I live on the road. There is no breakfast. I got a suite but I didn’t get a suite. missing furniture in the room. The pictures on the site are at least 20 years old. There was only one good thing to say about this place was I didn’t see any bugs!!!! Stay away from this place.
Expedia dropped the ball on our reservation. It’s 9pm and I’m on hold with your tech ( 15 minutes now) trying to get this right
Basic amenities. Facility is being remodeled and was a mess. Staff worked hard during our stay and it improved during our stay. People were friendly. Room was not very clean. It was not bad enough to warrant leaving but was way too expensive for what we got. Also, hotel advertised the availability of a king suite - two rooms. We got charged for the larger room. This hotel did not have any suites. We are trying to get a refund for the overcharge.
My room was OK. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous and professional. The carpet in the stairway has many stains and tears (rips). I’m wondering if the damage is from pets or from water. I noticed that some signs say that the property is a Sleep Inn and I’m wondering if it changed ownership. Are there plans to renovate the property?
Very run down. Smelled horrible. Check in was a hassle. Had to get our room keys re-keyed. Would not recommend or ever use again
Bed bugs, trash all over the property inside and out, very unhelpful staff, sheets were stained and dirty.
