Hidden gem on the South side
Pros:

First, the staff was so nice. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and quiet. There was actually a FAN in the bathroom, which is hard to find these days.

Cons:

Not a single thing. Even though it’s an older property and has a little wear, it was very clean.

Pros:

Very nicely decorated and clean rooms. We encountered 2 different staff members at the front desk who were wonderful. Very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was a ton of variety.

Nice place - clean and friendly staff!
Pros:

This hotel is clean! It is bright! Staff at the front desk are friendly and happy!! What a welcome change from most places these days. The breakfast was good and had many options including sausage, eggs, potatoes, bagels, pancakes, cereal, toast, danish, etc. the breakfast area was also clean! It is easy in and out and free parking. The shower head was fantastic and hot water came quickly with great water pressure. I would definitely go again and the drive to Mayo is not bad at all!

Mixed Experiences with Some Concers
Pros:

While the room was spacious, cleanliness was an issue with food splatter on the wall, hot water that took 10 mins plus to warm up and hair in the tub. The biggest disappointment was paying for a Jacuzzi suite we couldn’t use because it was missing parts. Breakfast was minimal. Shuttle service was inconsistent—one driver was very kind, but the return driver was distracted on his phone and driving unsafely.

It was an over good stay, with friendly front desk staff.

Nothing besides the hot water. We had to run and wait for hot water everyday for a least 10 mins before we could take a shower.

Nice place but check jacuzzi first before settling in.
Pros:

Room was very nice and spacious. Place was very tidy. Staff very friendly. Food was ok. Liked that they had snacks available to buy at front desk very late.

Cons:

Went to use the pool it was very cold. Our jacuzzi in our room had red fabric petals come out of the jetts from a previous rental. Red strings in the water. Check out was at 11am. At 9:20am somone knocked on our door and then opened the door to let themselves in. I said hello when my husband was in the jacuzzi tub and they quickly shut the door. Very concerned about safety and why somone would just walk into a used room before 11 am.
