We’re also close to St. Mary’s Hospital and IBM Rochester, as well as Rochester International Airport. Likewise, we have shuttle services to the Mayo Clinic & St. Mary's Hospital. Furthermore, we do not provide Airport Shuttle or local shuttle services to other places.
To blow off some steam, hit the nearby Skyline Raceway or head into downtown Rochester for some local dining or shopping. Business travelers will appreciate our business center with a copy and fax machine, and can rent out our meeting rooms for meetings or other events. Laundry and a valet cleaning service are available for guests, as well as a picnic area and on-site coffee shop and sundry shop.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Check in was easy and parking was good.
Breakfast was mediocre, hot tub was closed, and only one ice machine, our room was on the third floor and the ice machine was on the first floor.
Mostly adequate choices. Well kept bathroom; drains ran easily. Shower head and faucet also worked well.
The automated coffee machines. No skim milk. No iced water; the ice machine did not allow cold water option.

Location was not a preference but still adequate for and out of the city feel.

The room is laid out well so we all have enough room to move around. The room was clean for the most part. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had a lot of options.
The only thing that was a little disappointing was the bathtub. The grips at the bottom of the tub could use a refreshing.
Great experience here, clean, comfortable with helpful staff. Good breakfast, large dining area. The woman at reception gave us a great recommendation for dinner at a local restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

Looked up when laying in bed and curtains had ALOT of dust on them! Also cobwebs along the curtain wall.
This isn’t a regular Holiday Inn Express…note the name “Suites.” These rooms are much larger, with an added space with sofa and desk. Very nice. Comfy beds, very clean, clean shower, good lighting. The breakfast coffee isn’t your standard fare, as there are two coffee makers which freshly grind the coffee. Very tasty! The breakfast sausages are great, pancake maker works well, fruit selection…and the omelettes which are folded- over eggs with cheese inside. There are no hard-boiled eggs for those who seek an egg, but are lactose intolerant. Nor is there milk or lactose-free yogurt for the lactose intolerant. Hey, food manager—take note: you serve the Mayo clientele. Please, please think of the lactose intolerant! Your competitors do.
