We’re also close to St. Mary’s Hospital and IBM Rochester, as well as Rochester International Airport. Likewise, we have shuttle services to the Mayo Clinic & St. Mary's Hospital. Furthermore, we do not provide Airport Shuttle or local shuttle services to other places.
To blow off some steam, hit the nearby Skyline Raceway or head into downtown Rochester for some local dining or shopping. Business travelers will appreciate our business center with a copy and fax machine, and can rent out our meeting rooms for meetings or other events. Laundry and a valet cleaning service are available for guests, as well as a picnic area and on-site coffee shop and sundry shop.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Even though it lists 'free airport shuttle' on its page, it does not have one. A baby crib wasn't given even though I requested one through the Booking.com booking process.
Both inbound and outbound staff were unfriendly.

This was a quick stay on our way to Yellowstone. This hotel was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good with several selections.

Pool temp was fine but eyes started burning just walking into room. Could not swim nor use hot tub due to chemical excess. Would never allow a child to swim in it. You have less harsh options.
The location was good and the room was clean.
The temperature in the room could not be controlled. It was too cold in the room and the temperature could not regulated. The staff move me twice to different rooms but it was the same issue in each room.
The staff was very nice
It was not clean / we had to get new sheets because there was a big stain on the sheets 🤮. There was hair in the bathtub on the walls and gross things on the wall by the toilet. I had booked another night there but I canceled and booked somewhere else - would not stay there again.

I asked to move to another room and this one was dirty at the sink and had a bad smell....

The plumbing wasn’t working correctly. Staff said maintenance would be by and they never came. Disappointing that we had to deal with a toilet that wouldn’t flush properly. Walls were dirty in the bathroom. The fridge froze our food & drinks.
