Выбирали этот отель из-за ресторана на крыше. Самый высокий в городе. Но он не работал и, видимо, уже давно. Приехали за час до заселения, но нас попросили подождать до положенного часа. В номере нет ни чая, ни кофе, ни чайника. Только вода.
Заказали в номер еду (принесли быстро), но чай так и принесли (тоже заказывали).
Ну и ресторан 300 долларов с человека в Новогоднюю ночь нам показался неоправданным.
Номера просторные, вид на город красивый.
Отель реально находится в центре, до площади независимости 7 минут.

Preocupante a degradação dos ativos e serviços de uma marca tão respeitada como o Sheraton.
Pros:

Temperatura do quarto, banheira sempre limpa, quarto sempre bem arrumado, muito boa academia, pessoal atendimento gentil.

Cons:

Acredito que já dei o meu reporte pessoal, mas destacaria WIFI MUITO RUIM (tive que descer todas as noites para o BC). Falei com o time da recepção desde o primeiro dia, mas nada adiantou.
Para um hotel 5 estrelas alguns itens básicos não estavam disponíveis tais com roupão, chinelo, cheleira eletrica, cafes e chás, itens no frigobar, ducha do chuveiro fraca e outros pequenos detalhes que não deveriam passar despercebidos pela gestão e direção.

Sehr gut für ein Wochenende
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, ebenso das Bad. Alles war sauber. Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Der Wellnessbereich war gut. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Die Minibar war nicht gefüllt. Etwas hellhörig.
