The staff was very attentive, the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was very tasty, great gym facility. Pet friendly hotel, had a pet welcome kit included.
Although it is pet friendly, the second floor spa area and gym was restricted because of guests complaining. Considering that it is pet friendly, other people should not complain as the hotel permits it.

Suponiendo que es un hotel 5 estrellas, el frigobar estaba encendido pero vacío, nunca entendimos por qué no pusieron al menos unas botellas de agua y no teníamos una pava eléctrica en la habitación como si tienen todos los hoteles de esa categoría,

De maneira geral foi bom, unico ponto incomodou é que meu quarto dava pra ouvir demais os quartos vizinhos, inclusive portas se batendo, pois a divisao parecia ser somente de madeira
