満足です！
Pros:

天気が良くなかったが、駅前だったので便利だった。
近くに良い夕食場所があった。
朝食も大変良かった。

Cons:

青森国スポの時期だったので、結構値段が高かった。(どのホテルも同じですが…)

Pros:

朝食がとてもおいしかった。スタッフの対応は、普通であったが、嫌な思いはしなかった。レビューにあった空調設備は、チャンんと機能していたので問題はなかった。

Pros:

1.早餐品項還算多，餐廳員工友善
2.有提供廁所內的備品

Cons:

1.前台員工態度差，對於booking上和實際付的錢有落差也無法解釋清楚，只會找上層出來指控說我們不付錢
2.設備老舊，清潔度差，布椅和地毯全是髒污，被套起毛球
3.電梯關門速度過快，有帶幼兒的要小心！
4.應該還是界定在商務旅館，非親子友善住宿，有幼兒的還是要多評估

快適に過ごせました
Pros:

何よりも駅から近く、バスターミナルにも大変近いことが利点でした。
お部屋も広々としており、アメニティなども充実していて、やはりビジホと違うな〜と感じて快適に過ごせました。
コンビニが併設されているのも便利でした。

Cons:

朝食は様々な品があって素晴らしかったのですが、なんとなく大味に感じてしまいました。（好みの問題か、たまたまかもしれないですが）

ロケーション最高です。
Pros:

弘前駅から一番近いホテルだと思いますし、ロケーションが良く、迷うことなく到着することができました。また、8階のお部屋を用意して頂き、朝晩など窓から見える岩木山がとても美しく、素敵な思い出になりました。到着した日は、明け方雨が降ったそうで、また、10月の中でも寒かった日だとタクシーの運転手さんからお聞きしたのですが、その寒さも思い出になりました。

Cons:

チェックインの際に、少し待ちました。私の前にチェックインされている方を対応しているスタッフの方のほかにもう一人スタッフの方がいらっしゃったのですが、別の作業をされていたのでしょうか、対応してくださいませんでした。余談ですが、学生時代の接客のアルバイトで「お客様を待たせてしまうことが一番良くないこと」と習いました。

夜、眠れない程ではありませんが、近隣のお部屋から結構音が聞こえてきました。

備え付けのポットの中に水分が少し残っていて、また小さい黒いカビのようなものが付着していたので、使用を控えました。本当は、お部屋にあったインスタントコーヒーを頂いてみたかったです。

Don't believe the Google photo that shows a swimming pool (not listed on this site). There's a fitness center next door that is an additional charge, not in the hotel.
