Pros:

Breakfast, convenient location

Cons:

I had a bad experience when checking in. I was given a handicapped room which I don't like and requested to change another room. However, the manager (old gentlemen) rejected, saying that there is no room available and keep saying it is me to choose the handicapped room in booking.com

I reiterated many times I didn't choose handicapped room. I further showed him the room type in my booking record which never indicated we have reserved a handicapped room. . He said there may be translation issue and requested us to call booking.com

I keep looking for room in the same hotel via booking.com and found 2 rooms available (not the manager said no room availeble). At the end of the day, I just asked if there is ro available, if he will change for us. He seems know I am checking for room and agreed to change for us.

My concern is
1. Rejected our request at the first place , citing the hotel is full but later realised that I was checking the room availability, then offered the change. His credibility is a big issue.

2. Shifted the responsibilities to me, saying that we should call booking.com to settle.

All the above was witnessed by a young gentleman too. Hope the senior management can handle in proper manner.

Can’t beat the location!
Pros:

Excellent location! Right next to the train station.

Cons:

The ac in my room did not work well and the room was very uncomfortable. Front desk brought up a fan which helped a bit.

Pros:

駅近での利便性。ロケーションが良い。アップルパイが美味しかった。ベッドが大きめ（少し前に１メートルのベッドに宿泊）Wi-Fiのセットアップが楽。コンビニの併設。

Cons:

洗面、バスタブがもう少し大きいとよかった。アメニティの再利用感？が気になった（違っていたらすみません）環境的には賛成ですが…。

商務飯店該有的都有
Pros:

地點蠻好，車站周圍三間飯店裡是中價位

Cons:

check in 時得知入住當天晚上強制停電，他們只是說了聲sorry，然後有一張英文的說明。當天晚上沒有冷氣、房間開著緊急照明燈，睡得非常差。雖然不知道停電是為什麼，但當天住宿體驗真的不好

Pros:

駅前にあり、部屋から岩木山が眺められた。
朝食のビュッフェの種類が多く、美味しかった。お腹がゆるせば、もっといろいろな種類を食べたかった。

Cons:

チェックインの時、研修中のスタッフだけだったせいか、予約していたレンタカー屋さんの場所を聞いたが違っていた。また、おすすめの居酒屋も聞いたが、1件のみの紹介だった。　もっと街のことを把握して教えてほしい。
