Solo ottima posizione, tutto il resto molto scadente

Cons:

Pulizia carente, avevamo le formiche in camera. Prese elettriche non funzionanti. Asciuga capelli non funzionante. Non esiste letto matrimoniale, solo due letti singoli uniti ma senza nessun blocco, al minimo movimento si separavano. Su ascensori ne funzionava solo uno , e anche male, e si creava la fila essendo un hotel a sei piani. Piscina coperta sporca e piena di zanzare , cloro come se non ci fosse un domani, abbiamo dovuto lasciare la piscina perché molto molto fastidioso.

Difficult to find/reach hotel in central Naxos. Parking only in distant private parking possible. Breakfast occ without fresh fruit

Stuck in the 70s.
Pros:

Desk Staff needs work. Ok location. Dated decor. Fridge sort of worked. Included breakfast was great! Lots of choices. Great dining room staff.

Ottimo appoggio per la nostra escursione sull’Etna

La posizione rende l’hotel comodo da raggiungere per lasciare i bagagli e vicino agli stabilimenti balneari ed ai locali serali.

Horrible, hôtel à fuir
Pros:

Le taille de la chambre et la vue sur mer

Cons:

- le personnel n’était pas professionnel (aucune information ne nous a été donné à notre arrivée, ils prennent vos carte d’identité pour quelques heures, demandent de déplacer la voiture dans un parking payant situé à 30 min alors que normalement un parking est disponible)
- nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour l’emplacement mais également pour le spa et la piscine mais la piscine et spa étaient fermés le jour de notre arrivée. Nous avons découvert cela tout seul. Aucune information de la part du personnel
- aucune boisson dans le frigo de la chambre, même pas 1 bouteille d’eau à disposition malgré une forte chaleur en août et ils vendent la bouteille d’eau à 3 euros. Nous avons demandé au personnel de l’aide et l’hôtesse a l’accueil nous a répondu froidement que nous pouvons boire l’eau du robinet si nous ne sommes pas contents
- présence d’araignées dans la chambre (qui sortaient de la tête de lit)
- le rideau ne fermait pas pas donc nous avons été réveillés par le soleil très tôt
- l’hôtel est situé en face d’une boîte de nuit et l’insonorisation est inexistante : vous ne dormirez pas avant 3 heures du matin
- le petit déjeuner est basique et nous avons eu du café après 1h d’attente car les machines ne fonctionnaient pas. Ne vous attendez pas à un service 4 étoiles: vous devez tout faire vous même, vous lever pour le café et l’eau. De plus, le personnel débarrasse à grande vitesse pour vous inscrire à partir
