Tipico hotel de Termini. Lo más importante es la ubicación de cercanía a la estación. Bien para pasar una noche de paso.
Habitaciones muy chicas, el barrio alrededor no es muy lindo.
Location was good as it was next to the train station with easy access to multiple spots.
The staff was extremely rude. The front door bell was improperly labeled and the directions provided were not effective. It took 20 minutes for us to be let in by another hotel. The original lady who checked us in argued with us about it and was extremely rude. The key we were provided also didn't work and when we returned, the person at night did not let us in and once again, we had to be let in by another hotel. We found him in the stairwell on Tik-Tok and proceeded to argue with us.
Edit on 6/17 - The hotel is also forgetting to add that they had changed the labeling and instructions after we had mentioned something to them about why it was confusing. Of course once it was re-labeled and fixed, it made sense. This didn't need to be an argument as we were pointing something out to help and were met with rudeness which seems to be a common theme! Instead of taking feedback, the hotel has decided to comment on my English while their grammar speaks for itself. Thank you for proving my point around your staff!
A decent room and facilities in location close to major attractions would've been great but has been lowered as a result of their people.
Só uma atendente que foi desagradável e grossa. Sou PcD e não tem acessibilidade 100%. Localização excelente. Ar realmente funciona. Somos recebidas com chaleira no quarto que dá um conforto a mais.
Parte do chuveiro muito alto e sou PcD e tive dificuldades de entrar no box. Com exceção de uma atendente que foi grosso, limpava e depois saia batendo tudo, os atendentes são bons.
mal servicio, nos perdieron la mochilla que dejamos en consigna hasta que nos dieran la habitacion y al llegar no estaba, tuvimos que ir a la poliza a denunciar porque se negaban a mirar las camaras. Finalmente al dia siguiente ,otros clientes se habian llevado la mochila y la entregaron en recepcion, despues de pasar mala noche y tener que ir a comprar productos de aseo y algo de ropa. Nada recomendable. Finalmente la denuncian no la pusimos, pero el hotel unos irresponsables
