Great sunsets!
Pros:

Nice location! Easy to walk into Stari Grad on a nice path. Easy to walk the other direction to have a great hike through the trees and next to the ocean. Great big saltwater pool was excellent! Easy to walk 1 minute down to get into the ocean. The sunsets while you eat dinner are amazing from the patio!

Cons:

1. The food was not great. They definitely tried to have a lot of options though!

2. There were not enough pool chairs, and every morning they all had towels on them to be reserved before it was even 7 am. And then the people wouldn’t show up to use the chairs until 5 pm. It was really frustrating! It would be amazing if the hotel would remove towels if no one had used the chair in the last 30 minutes. They also do not have pool towels for daily use.

3. The rooms are SO tiny. There is literally one shoulder-width path through the room, so if we needed to pass each other, one of us has to flatten against the wall while the other shimmies by. We’ve never had a smaller room. They also REALLY need to be renovated. We had wallpaper peeling, our door trim was coming off, there were filthy baseboards. And the shower? I’m pretty sure it was designed specifically for bathing a toy poodle.

Hotel je nazalost u jako losem stanju. Ne odrzava se, vapi za renovacijom.. Kupatila su u jako losem stanju... Lezaljke su polomljene, bazen nije bas cist... Dosta sve oronulo nazalost..

La ubicación es buena, una zona tranquila cerca del pueblo.

Cons:

El hotel está deteriorado. Todo muy viejo, las fotos creo son de cuando se hizo el hotel... Sentimos que fue una estafa literalmente, el chico en recepción fue muy amable pero eso no es suficiente. El desayuno estuvo bien, la cena no fue del todo mala pero es cuestión de gustos. En la habitación no hay secador de pelo (se debe pedir en la recepción), no hay nevera tampoco. Los ascensores están visiblemente viejos.las alfombras de los pasillos y habitacion manchados. No recomendamos este hotel.

Lokacija predivna, u blizini hotela ima uvala koja je orelepa 5min peske je udaljena, u putu donuvale ima 5 prelepih malih, skrivenih plaza, prilaz je laknza decu a voda precista... 20min sa autom su udaljenje dve najlepse uvale Ljučišće i Dubovica, osoblje je divno, ljubazno, hrana jako dobra, sobe su starije ali ciste

Zamerka je to sto nema mali frizider u sobama i ako oni na recepciji ostave u njihov frizider sve stvari za koje treba frizider, to je veliki nedostatak i bilo bi lepo da ima sladoled uz veceru...

L’hotel no va complir gens amb les nostres expectatives. El principal problema és que es nota molt que necessita una reforma integral. Tant les habitacions com diverses zones de l’hotel estan molt antiquades i transmeten una sensació de deixadesa.

Nosaltres teníem una habitació amb vistes al mar, però era molt petita i l’estat general deixava bastant a desitjar. La moqueta era molt antiga i feia una sensació poc higiènica, les cortines estaven velles i brutes i els vidres del balcó estaven molt bruts. A més, la porta del balcó no tancava correctament, de manera que l’aire condicionat s’escapava per allà. La cisterna del lavabo encara funcionava amb una cadena de corda, en lloc d’un sistema més actual.

L’estat de l’edifici també ens va sorprendre negativament: hi havia zones on el sostre es desprenia, les parets estaven mal pintades i, estèticament, l’exterior de l’hotel semblava pràcticament abandonat. La porta d’entrada grinyolava i els ascensors semblaven tenir dècades; personalment, ens feia poca confiança utilitzar-los.

La zona de la piscina tampoc estava en les condicions que esperàvem. Tot i que l’espai exterior és agradable, algunes gandules estaven trencades i, en general, eren velles i força incòmodes.

El menjar també ens va semblar bastant just, tant en qualitat com en varietat. Com a punt positiu, les begudes estaven incloses i eren il·limitades.

No obstant això, l’hotel té alguns aspectes bons. El personal va ser molt amable i atent durant la nostra estada. Les vistes al mar són boniques i, tot i que l’hotel està a uns 20 minuts caminant del poble, el passeig fins allà és agradable. A més, hi ha una platja just davant de l’hotel que és molt bonica i agradable. De fet, vam poder gaudir d’una posta de sol increïble des d’allà.

En resum, la ubicació, les vistes, la platja i l’amabilitat del personal són els principals punts forts de l’hotel, però considerem que l’estat general de les instal·lacions és molt deficient i necessita una reforma completa. E
