Friendly staff, a great location and views. We have stayed here twice and enjoyed it very much.
location was great and the staff were very helpful.
I stayed in a rom with a double bed overlooking the road. My bathroom was extremely tired, albeit clean. The rooms are a little bit past their sell by date, and the mattress might have benefitted from a burning at midnight. Very uncomfortable. Very lumpy.
Great location and great value
Had all that was necessary and reception staff were superb
Windows could havd been double glazed
Comfortable, clean rooms. Great location.
Not much to dislike. Bathroom had a bit of an odd smell but we didn’t notice it after a couple minutes.
Worth paying for a room with a sea view. Comfortable bed, spacious room. Brilliant location, really handy for the restaurants nearby and access to the ferry to Mull.
Cannot comment on breakfast or restaurant options provided by the hotel as we ate out. Breakfast seemed expensive but there are other options nearby if you don't want a full Scottish breakfast buffet.
Evertthing
No gluten free bread or option at breakfast.
2nd time staying here and it doesn't disappoint from a great location to lovely staff will be back again
Fabulous location and a lovely Highland atmosphere. Right in the heart of town with a good choice of bars and restaurants round about. It's definitely worth booking a sea view room. We highly recommend the Indian restaurant, The Taj Mahal, just 10 minutes walk away.
The beds felt well used, very soft, and quite uncomfortable. My husband and I both had back ache by morning.
Joli hôtel près de la mer, très agréable le soir comme le matin
