El hotel es muy bueno, buena ubicación, personal amable, servicio excelente y precios accesibles. Buena relación calidad - costo. Sin duda, recomendable el hotel plaza diana, ya es nuestro hotel a donde siempre llegaremos en familia.
Algunas veces se escuchaban ruidos externos de otras habitaciones como si estuvieran abriendo tu puerta o una platica de otra habitación, considero que esto pasa también en otros hoteles. Todo bien.

La habitación limpia y bien iluminada. Baños limpios. Diversas almohadas para mayor confort y poder elegir la más adecuada a cada huesped.
Al reservar pedí habitaciones contiguas y al llegar no lo respetaron, me dieron dos habitaciones muy distantes por lo menos en mismo nivel, pero una de ellas estaba más chica.
Prácticamente todo, buena ubicación, instalación bien, personal de calidad
Horarios de alberca no extensos
Está muy cómoda la habitación, las camas, el baño. Todo nos agradó. Nada más le agregaría un servi bar o refrigerador y quedaría perfecto.

Las camas son muy cómodas, la ubicación es accesible y transitada con buena iluminación. Los alimentos son ricos.
En el desayuno si quieres pedir a la carta tienes que desayunar en la habitación.

Excelentes instalaciones, el desayuno buffet de lo mejor, mucho mejor que otros hoteles que solo te ponen cosas básicas, este esta muy completo con guisados fuertes y hasta te hacen huevo al gusto.
Solo les hace falta frigobar en la habitación para estar perfecto, pero no me quejo por calidad precio fue el mejor..
