Pésimo servicio al cliente por parte del gerente
Cons:

El trato, especialmente de Salvador, el gerente encargado. Su tarifa era 2X el valor de otros hoteles de mayor categoría en la ciudad y no tuvo una actitud conciliadora para resolver lo sucedido. Incluso me cobró una penalidad y aún así, pude ir a un mejor hotel y ahorrar dinero.

Pros:

The property was in a great location and clean. Everything worked as intended. The stay was nice because the staff were friendly and they were helpful. They gave us a nice map with recommendations to do and it was appreciated.

Cons:

It would have been nice if the shuttle service to the airport was free and breakfast was included. Typically, 4 star hotels will do this. It was an additional charge per stay or per diem fee. Minor detail.
