Bon séjour. L’hôtel répond au strict nécessaire pour un court séjour

Bon hôtel, personnel accueillant et serviable. Entrée et hall d’accueil pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 3 étoiles.

Pros:

L’hotel è attaccato alla stazione Termini, comodissima posizione per visitare tutta la città e per riposare appena arrivati (specialmente dopo un viaggio in treno).

Cons:

Le camere vicino alla reception un po’ rumorose di notte in quanto le porte interne non sono insonorizzate

The staff tried their best but check in was not well managed
Pros:

The location was very close to the station which is what we needed. We were able to drop our bags on arrival.

Cons:

We were told on arrival to return any time after 2pm to check into our room. We arrived back at 3.30 and it still wasn’t ready. We were asked to wait on the terrace in 30 degree heat which we refused to do. After much deliberation they gave us another room to use into our room was ready. At 5pm they told us that our room was ready but we were in the middle of unpacking/repacking our bags as we were flying home the next day. So we requested to stay in the room, they declined because it was a suite and not an economy room. So at 5.30pm we were given our room. Economy room is VERY basic.

Hotel prices for a Hostel!
Pros:

Nothing -except perhaps location proximity to the Termini station. The front picture itself is deceiving - it's just one floor in that block of buildings,with a box lift to take to the 3rd floor.

Cons:

It felt I was paying £250 per night to stay in a 'Hostel' rather than a 'Hotel. It's now the third poor booking advice from Booking.com. If your reps visited the place themselves they will realise how basic the facilities are. I am very very very disappointed with Booking.com'
