Pros:

The facilities were fabulous and all the staff were very professional and polite at all times. Nehir was incredibly helpful during checkout and nothing was too much trouble for anyone at all. The sauna and spa facilities are fantastic - the hotel itself was clean and well presented and although the room was smaller than we expected it had everything we needed. Only odd thing was the windows between the bathroom and the bedroom but they were covered with blinds that couldn't be opened so worked out fine anyway.
I would happily stay there again in a heartbeat and we are planning to go back in a few months so looking forward to staying again hopefully. The metro station is about 800m away which means you can go pretty much anywhere and there's a lovely high street/ town centre type area near the hotel which was just perfect to grab breakfast or a late night bite regardless of time. People in the area were all so lovely too and we had no hassle whatsoever... Recommend this hotel without hesitation 100% - you really won't regret it.

Cons:

Just the odd set up of windows between the bedroom and the bathroom but isn't a deal-breaker at all. Only other thing was the lack of netflix or prime options on the TV - just have access to YouTube and their usual channels which were mainly all in Turkish.

Pros:

Good beds but small. Spacious room. Good bathroom facilities. Nice bathroom. Good breakfast

Cons:

You can smoke in the room. They didn't provide every day new water bottle. Staff quality is poor.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in
Pros:

Exceptional building, facilities and the spa is out of this world.

Cons:

The only very tiny thing, "The English Pub" wasn't open when we went to take a look at it at 11:30pm and opening hours were until 1:30am, but that's really not a negative and we didn't ask staff about it we were.just exploring.

Great stay ! Will come again !
Pros:

I really liked how clean the hotel was, bad super comfortable, and very silent, perfect to relax after a long day at work. People at reception were so helpful and always available, in the morning when I was going to a conference they would always call me a taxi. Breakfast was wonderful!

Cons:

I liked everything about a hotel. However I would like to leave a comment for single ladies. Be very careful if someone is trying to approach you: At breakfast a local Turkish man who was also staying at the hotel approached me and offered to have a coffee together. He was later trying to take a photo of my credit card for fraud purposes. I noticed that and didn’t let him. I was very relaxed as I didn’t expect this kind of people at a reputable hotel. And I also think it’s not a fault of the hotel they could not know, just ladies be careful !
