Pros:

Everything. All the staff were exceptional, from the young bloke that brought water bottles to the room daily to the reception crew and everyone else involved with the hotel. Being able to order room service whenever I liked was amazing and was always prompt and fresh. The bonus that the hotel was only a 6-7 minute walk from the subway metro you can go anywhere in Istanbul easily enough.

Cons:

There was not really anything I didn't like just more things I would prepare personally to make things easier for me....like a working phone.

We had a great stay. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. We would definitely stay here again.

Kartel stay good
Pros:

Room clean, facilities good, breakfast, even dinner and room service, friendly and helpful staff, pool area nice, gym, sauna and massage didn’t use, supply of tea, etc help with taxi

Cons:

No microwave, small fridge, no spoons in the room, no milk if making coffee, was charged extra for water, room too hot at times, don’t like using ac, bit far from shops, cost too much for few days

Pros:

Kamer was heel fijn, luxe! Personeel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Prima zwembad. Wijk is prima, enkele restaurantjes en winkeltjes in de buurt. Locatie is half uurtje rijden van vliegveld SAW.
