Lights by bed didn't work whole place smelled musty bed was fard sheets were dirty AC was stuck on 76 not an enjoyable stay

Remarkably elegant for the price. The restaurant service is amazing. And the food is delicious.

I travel to Houma often and I normally stay here for the convenience because it’s close to family. However, it just gets worse every time. Customer service was great but the hotel is run down. The first room we got looked like it hadn’t been clean in months, the lady at the front desk was nice enough to upgrade us but honestly it wasn’t any better. Needless to say, I will no longer book this hotel.

The room was filthy the mattress had disgusting stains. I choose to sleep in a Chair...NEVER AGain.

There were stains everywhere from the elevator to in the rooms. Bathtub was not cleaned and beds made us itch. Once checked in they will not refund the guest at all. The hotel is very old and dated. Would not stay here again.

This was a cheap place to stay. I was there 4 days and never got housekeeping to come. Every day I would have to ask for clean towels.

Also the latch broke and locked us in.

The room is falling apart nothing worked inside

I was surprised there was no breakfast and coffee as promised. Hotel was very loud with doors and outside noice constantly keeping me awake. Major stain on the comforter and door in bathrrom falling apart.

I had a great stay at thr property. I wad in town for work and working nights. The hotel didn't seem very occupied, which made it easy to sleep during the day. It was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The area was not bad to stay in. The things I didn't like about the property wasthey had kids playing around people's vehicles including mine without adult supervision and the tub was broken had to use the shower only which I have problems standing up and last but not least there was a strong bad Marijuana smell on our floor and in the elevator when we had to use it to get from our room to leave and come back. Rude people in the hallways that would just push you and not say excuse me as if we weren't there no manners from them and adults at that. Couldn't wait to leave and check out that place. Went with my family and for a family first time experience it wasn't a great impression on their part. Property manager wasn't at desk for check out so we just left. Will never recommend this place to anyone to stay there especially a family stay. Will not stay there again. Was not happy with my overall experience with this place.
