Hotel RH Royal - Recommend for adults

The location was really good,in a quiet area but close to the sea front ,bars and restaurants.
The choice of food at breakfast and dinner was really good

Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable en el Hotel RH Royal. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila. Además, tuvimos la suerte de estrenar una habitación recién reformada, muy cómoda y cuidada.
El personal ha sido siempre muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. El buffet nos sorprendió por ser variado y abundante, con opciones para todos los gustos.
Si volvemos a Benidorm, repetiremos sin duda.

Good place to stay been here before its clean tidy and the staff are always very helpful only down that the food is a bit bland and not very hot but the lady that looks on the grill is very good and cooked yummy food

We just enjoyed a mini vacation at the RH Hotel Royal in Benidorm. We want to share our excellent impression of this hotel. Its reception staff are extremely friendly and competent, the high quality of the extensive buffet with restaurant staff led by the kind and professional Rosi makes us without any doubt recommend this hotel 100%. Our most sincere thanks for the treatment we received.

Su personal de recepcion extremadamente amable y competente, la alta calidad del extenso buffe con un personal de restaurante liderado por la amable y profesional Rosi nos hace sin ninguna duda recomendar al 100% este Hotel. La ubicación,la limpieza el buffet

Have stayed at the RH Royal many times. We did find this year tho it has gone downhill quite a bit in way of the quality of food. Food wasn't that warm on most days. Fish was more bones than actual fish meat. If you don't eat pork, some days you will struggle to find anything worth eating. We always request a room to the from of the building and find that to be bright, clean and spacious. When we were there, the top half of the hotel was closed as the rooms are being upgraded (about time). The entertainment has basically been the same for the last 5 years with exactly the same songs sung. by 3 of the "artists". The best of the entertainment was a guy with the surname of King and another guy who wore a red hat....both their nights were excellent and hopefully they will continue to come to the Royal. Think its about time they changed that. Not everyone wants to sit and listen to the "Roody" show (I'm sure people will know what I mean). Bar staff are excellent with good service etc. Snacks are poor. Toasties are really dry, pizza was inedible and burnt. Didn't try the hotdogs. Not sure if there was anything else available. Amazing coffee at the bar. Although food has gone downhill, we will be returning to the hotel.

Luvly hotel stayed here for 4 days to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday, luvly clean hotel, food was beautiful, our daughter son in law and grandson stayed in it’s sister hotel rh Victoria, we went over and had look around it also looks spotless, both central for Newtown, Oldtown and beach, the staff in both are very hardworking and always polite we would recommend both hotels👌

El buffet espectacular. El trato inmejorable.

We arrived at this great hotel on New Year’s Day and was greeted by the lovely reception lady whom we recognised from our previous visits we were informed that the room we requested was not available due to the building works that were beginning to start in the next few days but we were given another room and we were very happy with what we were allocated at present they are all similar in size and decor with good modern bathrooms

The restaurant was as good as ever and we always found a great selection of food and the choice was always varied and to an excellent standard as too were all of the staff who unbelievable remember your room number and choice of drinks on entering

The bar area is opposite to the reception and restaurant with a great variety of drinks on all inclusive but the drinks not on the AI package could be purchased at a very reasonable cost for a quality hotel the staff here again are amazing remembering your drinks and hardly ever any queuing plus you could have complimentary crisps if you requested there is a lovely sun terrace adjacent to the lounge area which is a well used and relaxing smoking area and a credit to the hotel management for catering for ALL of their clients also this area is great for people watching

The bar lounge also has the evening entertainment on inside this time of year the guest artists were excellent with a very good variety and to a high standard but I do think they should be on a two week schedule so your not seeing the same shows twice if there for a fortnight it does get quite busy when the premium guest artists are on but we always found a seat for the shows
One of the main letdowns this year was not being able to use the facilities at the sister hotel Victoria across the road which has been withdrawn by the management due to issues with all inclusive drinks having to be accounted for,but we did notice this did not stop non all inclusive guests from the other RH hotels coming into the Royal taking up the seating to watch the entertainment and some not even purchasing drinks this policy seems to be only persecuting the all inclusive clients of the RH Royal let’s hope that they will reconsider this policy or try to resolve the issue

Anyway what a great hotel the RH Royal is and a credit to all of their hard working staff we are already booked for next new year can’t wait to see the new updated rooms
