Very friendly staff and hotel was adequate.
Pros:

The view was excellent and room was upgraded on arrival. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Holes in the curtains. Toilet unclean. Housekeeping was haphazard, one day it was cleaned other days it was not. Bed was always made.

Value and location was good, room was comfortable but they are due for some maintenance.
Pros:

Staff and breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

Old and dated. Pool was tiny and there was a mouldy smell throughout the whole floor. Revolving restaurant closed

Pros:

I was staying at room no 1417 and upon my arrival on the 18/5 night , i notice there was a fishy noises at the next room. I called the reception and the lady says next to my room the guest are foreigner . I went for dinner and i notice the room that i complaint do not have any room no and the whole night my husband can’t sleep because he senses noises in the next room. And around 4.00am he woke up and realise the curtain in my room was moving on its own. This room is haunted and the mgmt should not allow any guest to stay in in order to avoid bad incidents.
