Rooms was a bit small, and 1 of the 3 rooms i booked, didnt gave drinking water, have to boil myself!
Nice view of the sea and of the town. They were nice enough to upgrade us to a king size bed. Good location in the town area.
Everything is a little old, but nonetheless well maintained. Also we were looking forward to dining at the revolving restaurant, but then it closed down shortly before our stay.

The place was old, run down, smelt terrible. Was dusty, and in need of a lot of maintenance. Photos are nothing like the property.
Do not stay here! The pool area was terrible, gardens not maintained. Pool water was nice and seemed clean but that was it.
Tempat yang begitu cantik ,dekat dengan semua tempat,view malam on top sebab nampak komtar dan keindahan bandar ,sampai nampak jambatan pulau pinang sangat” best..staff memang peramah sangat” bagus ,semua pekerja yang terbaik

Staff were very helpful. They did offer to do a deep clean of the room after we brought it to there attention.The view from the window is amazing.
Hotel room was big but was very dusty, we were expecting a pool bar and restaurant but the restaurant had closed down and they do not serve alcohol at this facility.
Place is closing down for refurbishment and you can see they are not bothering to take care of the upkeep.
