The staff are all incredibly friendly and very helpful. They upgraded me and my guest for my birthday and went above and beyond to ensure I had an excellent time. The room was spotless and the beds are so comfortable. The free parking is also nice!
One of the elevators was out of service which kind of sucked, but wasn’t terribly bad.
Room Service was exceptional, one of the best experiences ever. Both the quality of food and service was amazing.
We have had a wonderful experience, so far, except for when we went to the Club on the 7th floor. The attendant, Ms. Barbara, looked at us. The three of us asked for wine. She kept repeating the same verbiage several times, about the $5 fee, cash, no card, and you had to pay. Both ladies, kept telling her that they understood, but she still kept talking about it, and even showing us the sign with the prices on it. She was told again the we understood and was going to pay. The money was out, waiting for her to stop talking, so she could get paid. One of the ladies even told her that she has been to other Marriott hotels before, and understood again. It was unessesary. It continued, even after we finally received our glass of wine. We went to sit down, and asked about changing the TV. She held on to the remote and asked us what we wanted to look at. One of the ladies asked if we could keep the remote to look for ourselves. She paused, looked at us, and was hesitant, but finally gave it to us. Also, we observed other guests coming in, who were of a different skin color (Caucasian, etc), who got what they wanted, without any problems or extra speaking. We felt it was unfair, and was disappointing.
The property was good.
Great location great customer service at the restaurant but main check in counter customer service horrible since check in, the lady in the counter look like she wasn’t happy at all very rough attitude. The 3rd night was the worst got to the room around 10pm and it was only 2 towels when we’re staying on a double bed room usually 4 towels also housekeepers didn’t refill soap and or shampoo(completely empty). Call customer get this solve, Mr Jordan answer while explaining he cut me of and said “just tell me what you need”!!! This is not a cheap hotel who ever is working at the reception should be train on customer service and at least should be able to listen. By the way Mr Jordan hang up without letting me finish. Housekeeping end up fixing everything but Very bad experience won’t stay here ever again. NOT RECOMMEND
Clean , location
Nothing
We had a minor inconvenience that Amanda was able to rectify. She was very kind and professional. What a great employee.
Our first room had an odor. We thought it was smoke but the hotel is non-smoking. Could be that a pet had been in the room. Not sure, but Amanda was able to quickly change our room.
N/A I needed lo leave early to get to an event. I am entitled to concierge breakfast. Regretfully, I didn't have time to go there.
My only concern as a physician is that the fluorescent lights surrounding the mirror in the bathroom over the sink were almost so blinding and potentially dangerous. After I left the bathroom where these lights border the mirror, I could still see an imprint of the border lights for about 20-30 seconds in my eyes. I felt this may have been the same as looking directly at the sun and may cause serious eye damage. After that, I did not put the bathroom light on, but use the lights in the hallway for my guidance.
Quarto muito confortável
Great proximity to everything
Clean and comfortable
Nice staff
Nice restaurant
Walls are too thin
We could hear the people in the next room, as if they were in our room
Spent a couple of days at the Westin during a class reunion at St. Christopher’s School. Very nice decor, clean, quiet rooms, good food in their restaurant and excellent staff.
I had 4 breakfasts and all were good. The one dinner was excellent.
No complaints.
