Pros:

Lage zwischen 5. und 6. Av. ist fantastisch. Das Zimmermädchen war bemüht aber unter dem Bett sollte auch einmal gereinigt werden, die Fußnägel des Vorbenutzers waren nicht so schön; WLAN funktioniert sehr gut

Ausstattung ist teilweise sehr veraltet bzw. erneuerungsbedürftig, Sitzflächen im Frühstücksraum teilweise vollkommen abgenutzt, im Foyer zum Teil verschmutzt, Fußbodenbeläge im Aufzug extrem abgenutzt, Möbel und Tür im Badezimmer weisen erhebliche Feuchtigkeitsschäden auf, wir hatten Schimmelbefall an der Zimmerdecke da die Fenster nur einen kleinen Spalt geöffnet werden können was für ein Lüften vollkommen unzureichend ist - die Fotos sagen alles. Läßt man das Fenster ganztägig offen , dann riecht es extrem nach Küche im Zimmer
