Heel hard genoten!

Personeel krijgt van mij een 10/10!
Super vriendelijk, altijd een lach en steeds een begroeting bij binnenkomst.
Ligging is uitstekend! Empire state is 1 straat verder , metro dichtbij.
Kamer is alles wat je nodig hebt!
Goed bed en goede kussen.
Geen last gehad van nachtlawaai ( buiten eens een sirene die je hoort maar dat is New York)
Erg genoten van ons verblijf!

Location and value were great and the staff were all amazing!
Pros:

Staff were awesome. Very convenient to get to anywhere in the city even in bad weather. Great value for money.

Cons:

The elevators are extremely slow and the corridors need to be refreshed.

Not happy with being stuffed around and nearly missing our flight

They gave me the wrong room . Not the first time it’s happened . They have given away the mobility room I need as I’m in a wheelchair. Nearly missed my flight as they didn’t book our taxi . We asked several times if it was ordered for early morning flight
