Great overall experience !
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great, close to restaurants, cafes, subway right down the street, MSG & a 15 minute walk to Times Square. The hot breakfast provided includes scrambled eggs or omelets, sides, toast, bagels, yogurts, & a waffle maker machine. The coffee is pretty good too. Staff were polite & professional at all times. Room was typically small but all we needed for a 3 day trip to NYC. It was clean. This would have scored a perfect 10 if not for the occasional noise outside while we slept, but a great overall experience nonetheless.

Cons:

Der Support ist katastrophal. Man erhält den vor Ort gezahlten Deposit leider nicht zurück. Es wird einem nicht wirklich weitergeholfen, stattdessen muss man mit einem sehr unfreundlichen Support auf englisch korrespondieren, der aber kein wirkliches Interesse daran zeigt, einem weiterzuhelfen. Vorsicht!
