When I approached the front desk to check out, the female check out morning staff member who looked at me, no smile, no greeting, from the back room, continued to chit chat about someones birthday, and didn't come to check me out. I left my key on the counter...I guess that is what I was suppose to do...
It is a small thing. Though it is not a good thing to ignore customers.

Very pleasant
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, the staff was helpful in general.Hotel facilities(gym and swimming pool )were exellent for the price of the room.

Cons:

The sink was almost clogged.
And the price that i was told online to pay differed a little bit from what i paid at the hotel($3.00 extra).

The day was good, except for the things mentioned above that need to be corrected
Pros:

Breakfast was good standard in all hotels

Cons:

We got off the elevator, and the smell of marijuana hit us like a ton of bricks. The smell was better in the room. And about 3:30 in the morning and the phone starts blinking a red light and says it here from message. There is no message couldn’t get it to stop blinking and actually had to put a towel over the phone so I could get some sleep.
