I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The Front Desk and hotel staff were great, professional, and courteous, especially Charlotte who was immensely helpful in helping me set me up my phone with appropriate apps for translation features since my Google apps did not work in China.

Cons:

It would be nice to also have some English tea bags available for breakfast.

Pros:

Pleasant stay value for money. Good breakfast. Nice staff - round the clock help, just less than week stay. Charlotte n Violet were so helpful, when required , even with English alone conversations. Gimmy was like a local guide.
It was nice and hassle free stay, good food, near by food places are open at late nights.

Pros:

The washing machine is so powerful, back pack travellers like us can wash our clothes everyday. The staffs here are also very friendly. This hotel provide variety of breakfast. This is an excellent hotel. Will book this hotel again if I come to Chengdu

Отель очень понравился, достаточно простой, но чистый, уютный, в хорошем месте, с очень разнообразным завтраком. Поставила ниже оценку за процесс заселения потому что мы приехали в половине первого ночи после долгого перелета, очень уставшие, дети буквально спали сидя на стульях, но заселение было очень долгим - проверяли паспорта, зачем-то визы всех членов семьи, это тянулось очень долго.
Далее возникла проблема с оплатой, так как за один номер мы платили наличкой, за второй картой, но чтобы оплатить картой, необходимо было перекинуть деньги, а для этого нужен был вай фай. вай-в гостинице очень странный. вроде, интернет есть, а вроде, его и нет. сообщения приходят, но прочитать их невозможно. И началась канитель с интернетом, пока я не начала психовать. Попросила заселлить детей в оплаченный номер, и после этого уже разобраться, и только, видя мое расстройство, девочки на ресепшене сообразили, что можно, сделать и так.
Но в целом - они очень милые. Видимо, тут произошkf заминка просто потому, что они не понимали, что можно поступить и так, как просит клиент.
Повторюсь - в остальном у нас нет нареканий, отель хороший, заплаченной сумме полностью соответствует, и главное, тихий! Близко от метро.
