Hotel is modern, clean and well kept. Easy lobby check in (thank you Rhona). The room was spacious, the bed and linens very comfortable. Bathroom was immaculate. Breakfast buffet was not the best, food quality was below average.

I recently hosted a retreat at the Crowne Plaza Ft. Myers – Gulf Coast, and I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had working with a hotel team.

From the very beginning, Nicole and Stefanie made the entire planning process smooth, organized, and stress-free. If you’ve ever planned an event, you know how important that is and they absolutely delivered.

Once we arrived, the experience only got better. The on-site team was outstanding—Mya, Karen, Frankie, Kevin, Brian, and Derrick (MOD on Sunday) all went above and beyond to make sure everything ran seamlessly. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help created an environment where both myself and my attendees felt fully taken care of.

The event space was clean, well-prepared, and exactly what we needed, and the guest rooms were comfortable and spotless.

One of the biggest surprises was the food it was genuinely some of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Not only that, but the pricing for food, drinks, and services was very reasonable, especially considering the level of quality and service provided.

To be transparent, I’ve hosted events at another hotel in Fort Myers for the past couple of years, and the experience there declined significantly. Coming to this property was a completely different experience. The difference in service, communication, and overall care was night and day.

This team truly understands hospitality. I’ve been blown away by the professionalism and the way they handled every detail.

I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone hosting an event or staying in the area.

Great customer service and affordable food. Very clean and relaxing. Pool was perfect temp. Loved having fireplace in the evening.

It's an outstanding place. The location from airport and all the business/restaurants in surrounding area. Very clean, open and spacious rooms and beds. Only real noise you have is airplanes when outside at pool. The spacious patio is great. The staff is OUTSTANDING! So friendly and accommodating. Will meet every need. The food is also very good. Breakfast is of great value to us because we are a sports team.

I had the great pleasure the first night of my stay to meet Nick, the night manager. He was very cordial and went out of his way to take care of any need. He reminded me of the hotel days when staff all wore suits and treated you with exceptional hospitality. I was fortunate to be able to talk with him for extended time. He spoke very highly of his co-workers and everyone I spoke with while there went out of their way to assist me. Nick should be a treasured asset to the hotel and each time I return toe Fort Myers I will stay at the Crowne Plaza!

In January 26, our Fraternal Organization held its installation of Officers for 2026. The location chosen was the Crowne Plaza Ft. Myers Gulf Coast by ihg. From the first phone call to start the process of utilizing the ballroom, until the last guest left from the ceremony, the experience was excellent. Our point of contact for the event was
Stefanie, Director of Conference & Catering. From day one, Stefanie led us through the process with patience and a caring understanding of our request, all while showing her experience and professionalism. The entire staff we encountered were extremely helpful and professional.

Great experience! I am part of the Aim team and this was my first time coming down to Florida for our annual sales meeting. They exceeded my expectations of the whole event!! Stefanie and Kevin were so kind and accommodating, Annie, Karen, and the entire staff was wonderful. Highly recommend!!

We’ve hosted an annual business conference here for years, and somehow it gets better and better each year. Better food. Better service. Better rooms. Better everything. I feel like every year I’m surprised by how many improvements have been made even though everything was already great. Plus, the entire staff is amazing, especially Stefanie and Kevin. I truly love staying here.

Some renovations have improved this previously run-down hotel. Now, just the staff and management need an upgrade. Huge attitude at check-in, unpleasant rooms and low-quality dining. Yes it is an airport hotel, but does it have to be this bad? Both the Hilton and Marriott around the corner trump this cheaply renovated establishment. It will take more than a lick of paint and particle-board furniture to make this a contender on any level.
