Stay would have been wonderful if there was a working elevator.

Not present for breakfast. Staff was courteous. Rated facilities and cleanliness as very good.

Cons:

There was no working elevator. Had to carry our heavy suitcases up a flight of stairs.

We couldn’t make our reservation due to be stuck in traffic, and I tried calling and emailing to cancel, and no one responded. But we got charged for the room anyway. Will not book through booking.com again or make a reservation at this location again.

It was a wonderful stay and we were able to get some much needed rest before traveling again.
Pros:

Allowed us to check in late when we got there.
Everything was clean. Staff were super friendly.

Don't pass it up! You won't be disappointed.
Pros:

Overall the property is in a good location. It is clean and the staff is very friendly. The young lady working the desk in the evening was spectacular.

Cons:

Our bathroom toilet tank was cracked and repaired. The overall room was fine but, the bathroom needs updating.
