Location, nice pool, nice rooms.
The bed was rock hard, I usually don’t notive these things but we both slept terribly because of the bed.
No cleaning if you stayed under 8 nights which wasn’t clear when booking. Cost extra to get towels changed (5 AUd each).

We stayed for a week and it exceeded our expectations
We both had a double room including en suite , tv and coffee making facilities which were very clean
Large living area and open plan kitchen wuth a large tv we could connect Netflix to for the evenings it was rainy and didn’t want to go out
4 pools the one we enjoyed was the large one so we could get some lengths in and we were usually the only ones there, only had one full day at the pool and it was very peaceful and just what we needed to chill
Great location in the middle of Cairns and Port Douglas we had a car so very easy to drive to where we needed to be, Cole’s supermarket was a 3 min drive to get some shopping plus a liquor land for alcohol
Out the back it was a 10 min walk to the Esplanade with a few restaurants, another liquor land and beach
Staff all very polite and helpful the whole place was just a chillled calming vibe which we thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely recommend
The overall room was amazing and having a ground floor apartment was fantastic. Large King bed and great size fridge.
The air conditioning did not work and the fan over our bed only had one speed which was a little annoying. It was a little far from the main street in Palm Cove where all the restaurants were and trying to get parking was a nightmare.

The Resort was lovely and clean
Our Budget room was a bit expensive for the size of it.
The bed needs a new mattress as we could feel the innersprings or maybe they can add a pillow top on to of the mattress.

Great suite for family, loft bed was a functional add on and has all the basics that could make stay comfortable. Outdoor Pools were inviting, but since we stayed in summer water is always warm which could be frustrating since you want refreshing cold water for swimming to beat the heat. A little shade could potentially fix this issue.
Blankets in the masters needs updating, AC filters were dusty, coffee table looked like haven’t been wiped for weeks, also kitchen utensils needs upgrading. I find rate to be a bit expensive for all these reasons, though we stayed in December which could have added to the pricey nightly rate.
The 4 pools were good and the rooms were very spacious.
The beds were not very comfortable, but were okay for one night.
