Pros:

As described, spacious, well appointed, very clean and friendly helpful staff. Beautiful garden surrounds, well maintained and short easy walk to Palm Cove shops and beach.

Cons:

Nothing, but it would be helpful on arrival to have instructions for opening and closing the shutter doors to access the courtyard.

Excellent wheelchair accessible room, with ample space and comfort. Lovely helpful staff, who were very responsive to requests

Tea and coffee options in room were a bit basei, but maybe I am just spoilt!

Pros:

There was no room in the bedroom so we sat in the reception area.

Cons:

The room was very small no balcony. It needs a fan in the bathroom. Terrible shower head, needs to be replaced. It also needs a mirror for the room.

Pros:

Friendly staff.
Happy hour good...limited opening of bar area

Shower rose not working...shower curtain not effective..water everywhere
Kettle hard to use to fill up in basin
Drawers were difficult to open
Need clearer directions on how to walk to restaurants the back way
Need a security screen to allow fresh air in
Bed too big for room and Ridge in the middle from 2 mattresses joined!!

Great location and excellent facilities except for the TV.
Pros:

Everything except the TV was excellent. The "colour' on the TV was shocking and could not be adjusted with "settings'..
as best it was a pale purple and although a staff member attended and left it set..? it was still poor.

We had an enjoyable stay at this highly recommended place
Pros:

The 2 bedrooms are clean. Love the kitchen- has everything you need to cook up a storm. Pools are nice. 10mins walk to palm cove esplanade. Massage/spa was great!! Staff so friendly.

Cons:

Mattress and pillows can do better. Very basic pillows and mattresses. Not very comfy.

The perfect getaway for the family!
Pros:

Staff so helpful and property clean and very comfortable. A short walk to the main strip of shops and restaurants which was perfect. The kids loved the many pools to choose from. We will be back for sure and highly recommend. Thank you!

Pros:

Apartment was great with all self contained facilities.

Cons:

Very noisy for long hours with diesel motors going for hours. Maybe switch to rechargeable electric motor?

Was a lovely location. Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Staff were lovely and helpful. Facilities were lovely, neat and tidy, walking distance to beach and restaurants

Cons:

We chose a single room with 2 single beds and realised quite quickly we should have chosen a room with two bedrooms as the room was tiny. Kettle was hard to fill up as we only had the bathroom sink and kettle wouldn’t fit under tap to be able to fill. Next time will choose a room with more space and kitchen facilities.
