Clean, Convenient, and Comfortable
Pros:

The rooms are well maintained and clean, the free breakfast buffet was great with a nice variety, and the hotel is located very conveniently in downtown Moncton with it's own parking area.

Cons:

The pool lining seemed damaged making it feel like pebbles were always hitting my feet. However, the pool is clearly just there to entertain kids and as a family travelling it is always great to have that option to quickly entertain the kids.

The staff were great and very helpful but the hotel is in need of maintenance.
Pros:

I liked that it was close to everything in town and I really liked the option to have the two bedroom suites. I also like that the staff was very knowledgeable about celiac and had options and the ingredient lists available.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the pool and hot tub were in very poor condition. We did not even use the hot tub because it had a film on the surface and the water appeared brown. Several of the towels in our room were stained.

As a suites hotel should be

Nice to have a downtown hotel with excellent facilities. As a suites the 2 bedroom is exceptional

Pros:

The two-bedroom suite was perfect for our group and gave us plenty of space.

Cons:

However, it was not well stocked with essentials such as toilet paper and paper towel, and we noticed some staining on the sheets.

We also discovered that the sheets on the pull-out bed had not been changed. When we asked for fresh bedding, the sheets were simply dropped off for us to change ourselves. I did not find this acceptable, as housekeeping should ensure every bed is clean and properly prepared before guests arrive. We were paying for a hotel stay and should not have been expected to complete the housekeeping ourselves.

Unfortunately, after checking out, we realized we had forgotten an item in the room. When we contacted the front desk, we experienced some rudeness, and the attitude that came with the response felt unnecessary. When staying at a hotel, we are looking for an overall experience, and so much of that experience is shaped by the staff and how guests are treated. The suite itself was great, but the cleanliness, housekeeping, and customer service could all have been handled with much more care and professionalism.

Chambre confortable et petit dejeuner copieux.
Pros:

Belle chambre bien équipée mais dommage qu’il y ait du tapis

Cons:

Tapis dans la chambre, personnel à l’entrée qui ne parle pas français et le bain tourbillon ne semblait pas très propre et peu de remous

Extraordinaire comme hôtel et Resto sur la rue d’une grande quaité .
Pros:

J’ai tout aimé , un magnifique séjour , nous souhaitons y retourner

Cons:

Rien du tout ou peut-être notre chambre trop loin de l’ascenseur #428 vue notre état de santé un peu plus limité pour marcher .
Sinon la prochaine fois je préciserai notre besoin .

Overall quite disappointed and probably would not return.
Pros:

I liked that I could open the window in my room. I also enjoyed the shower. It was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the staff for the most part were friendly.

Cons:

It started out with finding a pair of underwear behind my curtains when I opened them. I put them in a bag and went down to reception. They were very apologetic and offered to take my parking fees off. I just wanted them to pass the message on to housekeeping so something like that would not happen again. It's unsettling. I didn't realize upon reserving our room that there was no restaurant bar in the hotel. That was disappointing. Another big disappointment was the pool area. It was so outdated and small. Really did not enjoy ourselves. The carpet and the couch both had stains and we just didn't feel like it was clean and comfortable.
