Very pleasent
Pros:

OK but disappointing
Pros:

Clean, modern but a little stark, excellent manager staff not so good

Cons:

Despite the managers intervention I found it initially impossible to pay for anything as the IT connections between the bar, restaurant and reception did not work for me! Eventually I could pay as we spent but could never put anything on the room, the staff were not helpful and expected me to go back and forth to reception to try and sort it - it never got sorted - the room was freezing and I asked for help which was not forthcoming so another guest helped - the problem was someone had taped over the on button on the air conditioning!! - not impressed! In the restaurant they could not accept tips on the payment by card!!

Need to improve accessibility for disabled customers

Cons:

Accessibility was poor. Requested disabled room. Given a shower with a 12 inch step into it with no handrails. Dangerous and painful for my partner

Heerlijk verblijf. We komen vaker terug op doorreis naar andere delen van Engeland.
Pros:

Goed ontbijt, grote ruime familiekamer. We kregen gratis melk in de avond voor de peuter. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Comfortabel en zeker geschikt voor een verblijf op doorreis.
Pros:

De gemakkelijke late check-in en de permanentie van vriendelijke medewerker aan de balie. Ruime en nette kamer. Verzorgd en ruim ontbijt. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Goede locatie en ruime parking. Relatief rustig gelegen op een ruim perceel ondanks de ligging aan een drukke invalsweg.

Cons:

Klein minpuntje: storende vlekken op het tapis-plein in de gang en defecte lift.
