Good value and great location
Electric car chargers are not working properly
The disgusting behaviour of the restaurant staff who think it's perfectly fine to slag off customers and habe the nerve to swear at me during service and insult the hotel manager when I don't think that certain member of staff realistically understands who pays for her wages ! I will be making a complaint and if I don't hear back from management ( not Howard ) I will put her name all over social media! With some added gossip on her !!!! You know who you are ( ugly ) Monika is on holiday and you think U can get away with your crap . ! How's your mum
Staff
The staff and rooms in the Hotel were excellent. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional in the reception and the restaurant servers.
However I had the fish on my last night there and subsequently spent the whole night with sickness and diarrhoea. I wanted to stay another night and finish with my clients the following day, bit no mention or offer of a complimentary room was made, and therefore an additional cost would be incurred. When you a a 5 hour drive from home and you have to then arrive with clients looking particularly rough, TBH I was less than impressed.
A decent size room with a sofa and full size desk and good TV. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The breakfast was fabulous.
Some aspects of the building are tired and worn. There were no sockets beside the bed. There was significant road noise even when windows were shut. The corridor lights - you often had to venture into a dark area before they came on. The area was not somewhere to explore on foot - any tracks led to "Private property keep out" and it was not pleasant to walk along the busy road.
The staff where very welcoming and helpful and the food was really nice

The staff were very approachable, helpful and friendly. The meals I had were of a good standard. A very nice ensuite with lovely shower and a comfy bed. Clean white bedding and towels.
The drawer holding the teabags in the room was a little speckled /dusty. The chair in the room was under the eve and there was a risk of banging your head.
Good location
My room was left dirty when i returned with my children to sleep after i had left clean my room sign on the door. The receptionist brought up some clean bedding to change the sheet after 12 midnight, very disappointing.
Proximity of hotel to Channel Tunnel. Friendly staff. Room big with a walk in shower.
Road noise from motorway especially throughout the night. Drain smell on corridor outside bedroom. Rubbish left under dressing table.

wir sind schon mehrfach in diesem Hotel gewesen und finden das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt im Stadtzentrum , gut zu erreichen . Es stehen genügend kostenlose Parkplätze am Haus zur Verfügung.Das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend.
