Cons:

Kamer met easy access was eerst een kamer met bad! Werd snel hersteld maar badkamer voor gehandicapte mensen niet optimaal. Geen extra handgrepen en had een onaangenaam geur.

would definately return and stay again
Pros:

Staff were amazing as i flew in from Australia and arrived at 10am direct from airport and they made sure they had my room ready and allowed me to check in early(i had asked ahead but even so it doesnt always happen). Customer service was excellant and the room was lovely - plenty of room and clean

Cons:

wifi was very problematic - took at least 3 goes to get on but that was my only issue
