Un soggiorno semplicemente favoloso! Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade gratuito in una camera meravigliosa, elegante, impeccabilmente pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. La posizione è perfetta, centralissima e a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni di Venezia, ma nonostante questo la camera era incredibilmente silenziosa e tranquilla.

Il personale è stato eccezionale, sempre disponibile, premuroso e attento a ogni dettaglio. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche il servizio di deposito bagagli, con un’attenzione particolare alla custodia degli oggetti di valore. La colazione era eccellente, ricchissima, varia e con tantissima scelta. Un’esperienza davvero impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista!

Cons:

Assolutamente nulla! Non abbiamo riscontrato alcun aspetto negativo. Tutto è stato perfetto, dall’accoglienza fino alla partenza.

Struttura tipica veneziana, camera spaziosa e accogliente. Colazione varia e ben fornita. Staff gentile e possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out.
