I had a frustrating experience regarding airport transportation at this hotel. When I asked for options to get to Marco Polo Airport, the staff booked a private water taxi without ever disclosing the price. It was only the next morning that I discovered the cost was €190—far above the typical market rate. When I expressed that I did not want to proceed with this booking, the staff refused to cancel, claiming they had already paid on my behalf, even though we had not yet left the hotel.
Furthermore, the staff misled us by insisting that a private water taxi was the 'only' way to reach the airport, effectively pushing a high-cost service. However, after I challenged this, they suddenly suggested we take a regular boat/bus, contradicting their earlier claim that no other options existed. I felt pressured into a service I did not agree to and misled about my travel alternatives. I would caution future guests to be very careful when asking the hotel to arrange transportation

A 5 min de la place Saint Marc.
Hôtel style vénitien, demande peut être un rafraichissement mais nous n'avons pas de point de comparaison pour juger efficacement.
Petit déjeuner très copieux pour seulement 15€.
Bien moins cher que dans un café local où nous avons payé 25€ pour un jus d'orange, un café et un cappuccino...

Amazing location, great spot for families
Pros:

Amazing location, friendly staff. Rooms were cool, shower was hot and strong. Very accommodating to our requests. Offered luggage storage after checkout. Great for families. Very quiet at night. Excellent value.

Cons:

Some stairs required for luggage, and some walking with luggage will be required. (About 5 minutes from Rialto). Beds could be softer.

SEHR GUTE LAGE IM HERZEN VENEDIGS. Sehr gutes ruhiges Zimmer im 2. Stock (empfehlenswert , da neu renoviert)

Cons:

Frühstück ist eher mager. Laut, da die Servicekräfte fast im Frühstücksraum die Teller für die Spülmaschine säubern. Hoher Lärmpegel.

Loved the stay, highly recommended.
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel with very classic style. Beautiful walls, marble bath, and Marino glass chandeliers. Delicious breakfast. The staff was so helpful.

Cons:

Many steps to get there and had to walk up one set of stairs to get to elevator.
