Un hôtel magnifique au cœur de la forêt, alliant culture des Premières Nations, élégance
Pros:

Cet hôtel est absolument magnifique, niché au cœur de la forêt tout en étant très bien desservi. Le concept alliant musée et hôtel autour de la culture des Premières Nations est particulièrement intéressant et remarquablement bien réalisé. Les chambres sont spacieuses, décorées avec beaucoup de goût et aménagées avec un grand souci du détail. Quant au petit-déjeuner, il est tout simplement parfait. Une expérience exceptionnelle que nous recommandons vivement !

Tolles Hotel mit angrenzendem Museum
Pros:

Ein sehr tolles Hotel mit angrenzendem Museum über die indigenen Völker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Unser Zimmer war großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Absolut tolle Unterkunft! Die Umgebung von Wendake ist traumhaft und Quebec recht gut mit dem Bus oder Auto zu erreichen.

Zu Gast bei den First Nations an den Toren Québecs
Pros:

Zimmereinrichtung war sehr schön. Ruhige Lage im Grünen und am Fluss. Sauberkeit.

Cons:

Zimmerservice kam extrem spät und wir haben verzichtet. Ein Mitarbeiter hat den Aufzug noch schnell vor mir mit Gepäck besetzt und hat mich warten lassen. Schwimmbad sehr klein und eher etwas für Kinder.

Overall a great experience
Pros:

Very cl an, modern. Room was spacious, great amenities. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant « la traite », in fact one of the best meals we’ve had. Pricey but well worth it it

Alles in allem empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Wir hatten das Hotel gebucht, weil wir uns seit Jahren für die Geschichte der Wendat interessieren. Daher lag es nahe, dass wir uns mal ein paar Tage ein Bild vom modernen Leben in Wendake machen. Das Museum im Haus ist da natürlich ein Zuckerl. Diese Bewertung bezieht sich allerdings nicht auf das Museum und auch nicht auf das Restaurant (beides separat bewirtschaftete Einrichtungen), sondern nur auf das Hotel.
Das Personal ist überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer allerdings Angehörige der hiesigen First Nation erwartet, der muss sich eher im Hintergrund umsehen.
Das Hotel ist langgestreckt. Wir waren im Bereich der 140er-Zimmer untergebracht, also in maximaler Entfernung zur Rezeption. Daher war das Zimmer sehr ruhig, es gab kaum Verkehr auf dem Gang. Wiederum konnten wir einen Hinterausgang nehmen, um auf den Parkplatz zu gelangen, und hatten zum Auto einen sehr kurzen Weg. Das war sehr angenehm.
Frühstück war in unserem Angebot nicht dabei. Es gibt aber, wie erwähnt, ein Restaurant im Haus. Das Frühstück dort ist hervorragend, wir können es nur empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Kooperation mit dem Restaurant ist optimierbar. Wir ließen unser Frühstück über das Zimmer verrechnen, was allerdings nur schlecht geklappt hat. Offenbar werden da Zettel von unten nach oben getragen und müssen irgendwie manuell erfasst werden. Das hat dazu geführt, dass wir viel Zeit bei der Abreise verloren haben und letztlich mit unklarer Rechnungslage abgereist sind. Sowas mögen wir nicht, am Ende muss die Rechnung stimmen und gut ist es!

Perfect. I’d like to come back again.
Pros:

forest behind is perfect for a morning walk, and the lobby is fantastic.

Cons:

no bottle water in my room, asked the front desk still no stock, don’t like tap water.
The pillow is too soft. Everything else is perfect.

Cons:

Von den Terrassen unter uns hat es mehrfach nach Marihuana gerochen, das ist in unser Zimmer gezogen und war ziemlich widerlich
