The Holiday Inn Cody hotel room was well furnished, newer looking, clean, and comfortably spacious. The accommodations, including the restaurant, pool, exercise room, etc… were were great. Getting our heavy luggage to the room was a breeze when using the available luggage carts and elevators - a big deal for us as we overpack and are 67 years old! The staff is excellent! We casually met one of the supervisors in the hallway who ask how we were doing and gave us some really useful advice about places to visit during our 3 day stay in Cody. We had similar discussions with a waitress at breakfast and the bar tender at the end of our first day - all very pleasant. We hit the Rodeo, the Cody Museum, the Old Trail Town, and several of the shops. My wife loves to shop for outfits that reflect modern local styles when on vacation and Cody had some good ones. The central location of the Cody Inn made it easy to get to all these activities quickly.
Note that we do regret not fitting one of the local shows into our schedule.
The only recommendation that we could make is that the Bar closed at 10:00, so we just missed it after we attended the Rodeo. Another 15 minutes and we would have made it!

Super friendly staff, great breakfast - lots of variety and high quality offerings. Room was very comfortable and towels were plentiful and soft. We didn’t use but pool and hot tub area looked very nice (indoor).
Make sure to book a first floor room - no elevator if you e got a lot of luggage.
Everything was clean and in great shape.
I thought it was too expensive and at the price it actually was it should have included breakfast and or drink vouchers.
