Fab hotel, Fab staff
Pros:

Hotel was lovely, all area including the room where clean, reception team, waiter/waitress were lovely, we had a lively conversation with the Greek waiter, I wasn’t expecting the restaurant food to be up to much but we had burgers that were very tasty well seasoned, very filling, breakfast was very quiet and calm, breakfast was good, great selection.

Cons:

Everything, would defo partly visit again, we are quite frequent visitors to Cardiff, the convenience of the car park was great, fab location with short walk to shopping centres

A very nice place to stay in the centre of Shrewsbury, very close to the castle.
Pros:

We stayed in a twin room which was spacious and well designed. The beds were comfortable and it was a five minute walk from the main Cardiff railway station. Cardiff city Centre was within very easy walking distance, with an enormous number of options to eat out very close by. The aircon was very efficient, Netflix was available on the bedroom tv, as well as the option to Chromecast.
Breakfast was delicious, a vegan diet was catered for very well and all of the food looked freshly cooked.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t very well laid out and quite small compared to the bedroom.
Unfortunately for the Hotel at the time we stayed, BT were digging up the road very close to us and so we were kept awake with pneumatic drills starting at midnight. However, this is a very temporary issue while this work has been carried out.

Great place , staff great , just the ability to get a snack and a drink after 10 was disappointing
Pros:

Great location , decent condition . Staff friendly

Cons:

No one was able to answer the room service after 10pm. Went down to bar. Lots of people were in the bar trying to get a drink and some food from the 24hr menu. But there was only one person serving. The staff member did his best, but ultimately had to turn people away because he couldnt make food and serve drinks .
