Expensive but pleasant.
Pros:

Great location. Good parking and friendly staff. Modern facilities and great breakfast choices.

Cons:

Unfortunately the air conditioning in the room was not working on one of the hottest days of the year! For the price paid that was really disappointing. We told reception and were offered some vouchers for a couple of drinks and crisps. A partial refund would have been preferred as it was a premium cost night due to the concert going on.
It was unfortunate but apart from that it was a pleasant stay.

Good value, friendly staff and excellent location.
Pros:

Location excellent. Central and very handy for the gig in the castle we attended. Friendly staff. Great view of the stadium.

Cons:

It was a bit dated in parts of the building but excellent nevertheless.

Jamie our breakfast manager was extremely great he went out of his way to make our stay wonderful as it was my 80th birthday he was the best and also the waitress thank you

Pros:

Good Breakfast with a big nice buffet. Close to the market and Blackweir Fields in walk distance.

Cons:

We had a standard Doppelroom. with a Doppelbed. The bed was too smal for two. But the mattress was very comfortable.

Over priced and not worth it!
Pros:

Staff were all friendly.

Cons:

Room was worn out, broken items and rusty bathroom. Booked only as I needed parking. When we got there, no parking available.
