Amazing value, exceeded my expectations!
Pros:

The room was way bigger than I expected, super comfy bed, amazing view and the tv was very big with netflix and other streaming services available to watch!!

Cons:

The kettle cord was very short so almost impossible to plug in and use

A lovely hotel, in a great city. I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location wise it was really convenient for all we needed to see. We had room service on the evening of our arrival due to the weather being awful, and it was very good and not hugely expensive. There was a wonderful spread for breakfast too. We would visit again. if in the area.

Cons:

The room was a little cool when we arrived in the middle of a storm, but I adjusted the easy to use heating control and that was sorted very quickly.
