We should have booked only one night.

I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. I do not recommend this hotel. As soon as my family checked in we were treated by disrespect by a very rude front desk employee named Madison. She has very poor customer service skills and does not know how to respectfully speak to guests or address any concerns. Upon checking in we found out the pool was out of order. Madison did not care whatsoever about our disappointment. She told us she could cancel and we can book somewhere else. We were told there was no manager available to speak to the entire stay and kept getting the runaround anytime we asked for a supervisor. We traveled 3 hours and chose this hotel because it had a pool. It was frustrating and upsetting to find it closed but it was made so much worse because of this rude and uncaring employee. Thanks for ruining my vacation for my children. Still never received any discounts or apologies just a sorry its an amenity no discounts for you. Well Holiday Inn of Warminster PA you have lost a valued customer. Also there is drug use in this hotel. The guests next door to us were smoking Marijuana during our 2 day stay. Could not sleep due to our room smelling of pot smoke. These guests were banging loudly on the door and slamming doors which left my children and I without sleep.
