Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Warminster-Horsham by IHG

Free buffet breakfast, free inside heated pool, big rooms, elevator, back door access, wifi. We also loved the clean, stain free linens, no bugs, quiet room, comfy beds, free access to Dove products in bathroom and 24 hr. available fresh brewed coffee. We saved a lot of $ with the big breakfast buffet. It had a much larger selections of food than we expected. The free pool also saved a lot and entertained the kids.

If you enjoy midnight parties and 0 customer service, you’ve found the perfect place to stay!
Myself and my mother stayed over the weekend for an event we had to be at up for bright and early in the morning. On our last night there, we had some very noisy neighbor’s having quite the night with microphones, running, jumping and screaming. This started at around 7:30pm and we didnt say a thing until we called down to complain at around 10:30pm. The response on the phone made it sound like they were actually already aware of what was going on. They even have a sign stating ‘quiet hours’ were after 10pm. We waited and waited, to which the noise remained the same. After 20 minutes we called again to the front ask making them aware that their efforts (if any were made at all) were unsuccessful and the noise was leaving us unable to sleep. The response of the phone was less then professional. We were told “yes they are having a birthday party” like we were the ones being unreasonable. Isnt it crazy that in a hotel we would want to be able to sleep? If I had known a rave was scheduled for that weekend, I wouldve taken my business elsewhere.
At around 11:45 we decided to make the final plea to the front desk. We called again and as I started to speak I was met with a huff and the same one liner “yes theyre having a birthday party.” To which I responded, “this is a hotel!” He then said ‘Ill try call again” and hung up. Safe to say the front desk were useless as we decided to put up with the noise until after midnight when it finally stopped.
In the morning, we got our belongings and went to the front desk to check out. In the hall way there was (what I believe) cake on the carpet and wet towels and trash outside the door. When we spoke to the miserable lady at the front desk, she couldnt have cared any less. Infact, if there was an olympic sport of worst customer service ever, this hotel would easily take gold.
For the money we paid, and the service we received, definitely don’t recommend staying here.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Although the hotel was a little farther from the stadium we were visiting, we really enjoyed the scenic drive to and from the hotel. The area was very quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety of delicious options each morning.

. The coffee always hits the spot. The breakfast is always great. There was plenty to choose from. The space was clean as well as the area where the food was. The TV that was in the area is a really smart move. It informed me about the pending rain. Although I had a tv in my room I did not turn it on because I was there for rest and relaxation.

Room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast was a bonus too.
