I loved the feeling of community there. The happy hour is a plus that you have to allow your guests to see each other and have a familiarity. I have family close to the location.

I had a great stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, Samir at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, professional, and made the check-in process easy. Great customer service like that really makes a difference.

The room was also well equipped with great amenities that made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Everything was clean, convenient, and exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again.

Everyone at the front desk reception, housekeeping department and maintenance team was great. Carole (my wife) and I would like to give a special shout-out to Samir at the front desk for being so helpful and knowledgeable in a positive way. Everyone working at the hotel and hotel customers must really appreciate Samir’s knowledge and efforts. My wife and I have highly recommended this hotel to our family and friends. We stayed in Room 424 for 9 nights and our room was beautiful. There are plenty of parking spots available here for guests. We would like to suggest for a few additional handicapped designated parking spaces near the hotel lobby entrance area for handicap guests.

Our sat here was phenomenal! Clean, beautiful area. Perfect location. Although there is multiple other hotels around to chooses from, my family would choose this hotel again and again, due to the kind staff. HUGE shout out to Samir for making our stay amazing, you were so helpful ensuring every member of my family felt comfortable and provided the highest level of customer service, hospitality and the most genuine. 10 stars if I could because Mr.Samir! Samir from the front desk was warm and welcoming, he put us in the perfect room for our family and dog, the property was perfect and well Taken care of, breakfast was good and the coffee was perfect, we'll put this one in our visit again book.

Samir provided exceptional service from the moment I checked in. Before arriving, I had called the hotel to extend my stay and was told the hotel was completely sold out. Fortunately, I found an available room through American Express Travel and booked it.

When I arrived, Samir went above and beyond to make everything seamless. He was able to find me a room with a walk-in shower, which I really appreciated, and even arranged for me to stay in the same room for my entire visit so I didn’t have to switch rooms.

As a Platinum Elite member, he recognized my status, welcomed me warmly, and provided welcome bags with bottled water and snacks. Most importantly, Samir’s genuine hospitality made me feel less like a guest and more like I was coming home. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. He is a tremendous asset to the hotel, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves.

Very nice, well maintained hotel. Pool and courtyard area very nice. My family stayed in a 2 BR, 2 BA suite with a full kitchen and everyone was quite happy with this hotel. Friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping.

This is our second time staying a week at this facility. It really is nice; above averate. The front desk staff is exceptional and friendly. Housekeeping is spot-on, and the location is great.

I would have given this a facility a five star review, except for a very unpleasant encounter my staff and I had the first evening during social hour. In fact, I would have checked out of our two rooms the next morning, except for Samir (front desk) who apologized and thanked us for being Diamond members and returning for a second year. He made us feel appreciated and valued.

The incident involved an employee, Megan. After the social hour was closed, I ducked under the stanchion to thank her. She came out of the kitchen and barked at me to get out of her area and respect that it was closed. I left quietly, w/o saying anything or acknowledging her, and went back to be with my employees. She could not let it be, and walked up to our table, and this time chewed me out saying she was the staff, I was the guest, and she got to say how she did things. My manager was stunned, and he asked her what her name was as she walked away. She turned around, spread her arms out defiantly and forcibly said Megan ... M E G A N (spelling it out). Then, she turned and walked away. Samir witnessed this entire exchange and immediately came and apologized. He was so gracious and nice, and it was because of his hospitality and wonderful customer service that we did not check out the next morning. I went to talk with the General Manager the next morning, however, she had just begun her vacation and would not be in for a week.

Because of this, what I assume is rogue employee, I will not give this a negative rating.

The front desk concierge, Samir, was incredibly friendly and helpful, he made our first interaction with staybridge suites a pleasant experience. We loved the hotel and the amenities, we would definitely stay at their properties again. It fit our family of 7 perfectly!!

We came into town after a five-hour drive for a basketball tournament and stayed at Staybridge for the first time. We were completely exhausted and just hoping for a smooth check-in. Instead, we were greeted by Samir, who immediately turned the entire experience around.

From the moment we walked in, Samir was warm, professional, charismatic, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He was incredibly accommodating and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and taking the time to make us feel comfortable after a long day of travel. His customer service was truly beyond impressive.

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very accommodating, which made our stay even better. After traveling for a tournament, having a clean, peaceful, and welcoming place to land meant everything.

Samir made us feel seen, valued, and genuinely cared for in a way that is rare and unforgettable. His attention to detail, patience, problem-solving, and natural ability to connect with guests were all exceptional. From a business standpoint, Samir is exactly the kind of person who creates loyal customers, positive reviews, repeat stays, and a strong reputation for the hotel.

He has that special “it” factor that cannot be taught. He carries himself with confidence, kindness, professionalism, and ease. Honestly, Samir is not just someone who works at the hotel. He is the kind of person who should be running it. Staybridge is blessed to have him, and I truly hope leadership recognizes the incredible asset they have in him.

I stay here for business and I asked for a particular room, which was put on my profile and I was told I would have it for my last stay......I didn't - it was occupied. Also, due to a bunch of late check outs, I had to wait until 4:45 to get a room. I wasn't happy.

Enter SAMIR - he HEARD my frustration and gave me an even better room than I normally take, which is more costly, for my current room stay. He also let my daughter pick a few items in their store and made us feel genuinely welcomed.

I can say that he gave me a reason to keep staying here. NOTE: I like the hotel and think they're an amazing value for what they offer, and this situation only reinforces my loyalty.
