Pros:

Safe location, property was clean, beds were comfortable, having a room with a kitchen unit was worth it & the location is great not far from stores/ restaurants.

Cons:

Upon arriving we noticed our toilet was leaking & reported it to the front desk & maintenance never came. We had to have our key cards switched out a few times as they would not work consistently, took a few requests across 2 days to have the right amount of bath towels for each of us (4 of us guests only gave us 2) The showers were slippery & had no rubber mat. I didn’t feel like they were prepared for our stay as they also didn't give us enough pillows for 4 nor a blanket for the pull out bed I had to request these items.

Pros:

The staff at this property was phenomenal, very friendly and addressed questions immediately.

Cons:

While I believe it was a clean property, there was rust in the bath tub and toilet seemed to have low pressure. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap is great!

Great staff, just a few minor things.
Pros:

The location was great, the staff was super friendly, the social was great, the morning breakfast was delicious, the pool was open and warm-ish. The room was spacious.

Cons:

The area around the pool was very slippery when wet, even as adults we had to work very slow to make sure we didn’t fall, it was very hard for the kids. There were ants in our kitchen area. There was a blue light coming from the bathroom electrical socket that made it hard to sleep.

I use to like this place with previous visits but will be the last time! Too many negative things
Cons:

Noisy, barking dogs, no hot food available during breakfast hours, too many people waiting around to eat! Worn out bedding

Breakfast was fine, a little shy of offerings, but decent.

Cons:

Our room backed up to the elevator shaft, so the noise was very annoying until about 2 am. If we weren't getting up at 6 am, we would have asked to be moved.

Highly priced for the condition of the hotel.

The location to my final destination was excellent.

Cons:

I generally book the newest hotels everywhere I travel to assure the facilities are clean. I was parked outside the La Quinta Hotel, which was only a couple of miles away. I believe it was the newest hotel in the area. The price was only $124, but after looking at the options online, I chose Staybridge, even though it was higher priced. It was a bit larger and I figured it would be a bit more comfortable to work in for a few hours before leaving for my morning meeting. I was, however, disappointed with the upkeeping of the facility. For the price of the room, $184 plus taxes $205, I expected a clean nice facility. The entrance to the hotel was underwhelming. I thought it was the back door entrance. The carpets were old, both in the room and in the hallways, and it smelled old.

It was fine but I am concerned that the quality is slipping.
Pros:

Everything was fine. The place was clean and kept.

Cons:

Our room was not very inviting. It lacked little touches that make a place feel welcomed. There was cheap patio furniture for the dining area which completely changed the feel and my thoughts about staying here. I have stayed in the past and enjoyed the suites I have had. Please consider upgrading the rooms even if you need to charge for it. I would be willing to pay for a nicer experience.

Excellent stay and affordable.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly, from the front desk to maintenance. We stayed for a week and the amenities were great. The morning breakfast was excellent with rotating options of scrambled eggs and cheese omelets, sausage links or patties, fried potatoes, waffles, yogurt with fruit, muffins, fresh fruit, cereal, etc. They offer free do it yourself laundry, bring your own soap. They have a pool. The room was spacious with a kitchenette, and extremely comfortable bed.
