Yes, we would most likely stay here again when in town. Still did not get the breakfast thing..

Where my refund or I won't use booking.con.bbeing honest.
Pros:

I did not stay that long over bight. I got up early and go meet Uncle. What I didn't like booking.com was not giving me refund because I left early and man say I'll get refund because I left early. You got didn't give my refund back. Now suck in place I hasn't able make because gas. Someone say have wait 60 days refund not 4 days.....

Mostly everything.

Cons:

One elevator was running and extremely slow. It was jerky. I’m not afraid of elevators but this one needs serviced. Loud at take off, shaky ride.

The elevators were not working, the lobby was hot, and they charged $12.99 per person for breakfast. We went to another place for breakfast that was cheaper.

The location was good.

Cons:

The elevator was out of service and we had to climb four flights of stairs. I informed the front desk clerk that I am recovering from foot and ankle surgery. No assistance was offered in helping me to get to the fourth floor. It was college move in week and moving to a different hotel was not an option.
About an hour after being in the room, the water stopped working. It did start working again a bit later, but then, in the morning, it stopped working again while I was taking a shower.
At check out, I learned from a different front desk clerk that this has been an ongoing issue for months now. With that, I think guests should be informed before making the booking and the rooms should definitely not be $165 a night.

It was clean

Cons:

The elevators were broken, they put us in a room right next to the stairs door on the 4th floor. So every time someone came through there the door slammed against the wall ALL NIGHT LONG.

After a terrible experience at Executive Inn Stillwater, we were relieved to be so well taken care of.
