Mostly everything.
One elevator was running and extremely slow. It was jerky. I’m not afraid of elevators but this one needs serviced. Loud at take off, shaky ride.
The room was nice and cool
The elevators were not working, the lobby was hot, and they charged $12.99 per person for breakfast. We went to another place for breakfast that was cheaper.
The location was good.
The elevator was out of service and we had to climb four flights of stairs. I informed the front desk clerk that I am recovering from foot and ankle surgery. No assistance was offered in helping me to get to the fourth floor. It was college move in week and moving to a different hotel was not an option.
About an hour after being in the room, the water stopped working. It did start working again a bit later, but then, in the morning, it stopped working again while I was taking a shower.
At check out, I learned from a different front desk clerk that this has been an ongoing issue for months now. With that, I think guests should be informed before making the booking and the rooms should definitely not be $165 a night.
It was clean
The elevators were broken, they put us in a room right next to the stairs door on the 4th floor. So every time someone came through there the door slammed against the wall ALL NIGHT LONG.
Excellent accommodations friendly staff and very good breakfast.
Beds were too high off the floor. They were very hard to get in and out of.
Nice size rooms
Lost water pressure a few times
There was plenty of front door parking and the air conditioning worked very well.
Everything
Everything was great
Breakfast is awesome worth the money but pay for it ahead of time otherwise it's 12.95 a person.
The place was nice. The staff was excellent and friendly.
Real bad water pressure on the 4th floor. But much less for that the place was nice and comfortable.
Location& comfort. Friendly staff.
Had a few bugs that came out to book light at night. Crickets.
The price was decent considering it was a Holiday Inn.
No vending machines and no free breakfast. They had a little store to charge to a card or room since they are a “cash free” establishment; however, there was no prices listed. A bottle of water cost me $4.50, a can of tea $4, and a bug juice $2.50. And unfortunately, the elevators were very slow. Many other guests showed upset with this as well. Lastly, the room was not pre-prepped for the number of guests I had booked with and the second key card stopped working after leaving the room.
