Pros:

Posizione in un quartiere vivo e autentico ma non centrale. Personale cordiale empatico e professionale, molto molto bravi tutti anche le donne delle pulizie. Parcheggio a pagamento ma agevole

Cons:

Camera non idonea al livello di 4 stelle, vecchia, niente acqua di cortesia. Alla richiesta di cambiare stanza le alternative erano peggio e direttamente su zone di passaggio come sala comune etc etc con zero privacy

Perfect location.
Friendly staff.
Beds are very comfortable.

Cons:

The AC was poor, I was thinking that the thermostat at the room can adjust the AC but during the checkout I found that the AC is controlled from the receiption, so, I should have told them to lower the temperature but I did not know this information.
However,. I will rate the hotel 10/10

Great small hotel with very friendly staff.
Pros:

Location was great, close enough to the city centre but far enough for easy access and exit by road. Parking is a very short walk from the hotel and not too expensive. The hotel is small, well decorated/boutique like and comfortable. The staff at check in was superb starting our stay in great style. He went a long way over and above to make us welcome and gave us lots of help with directions and suggestions. Great places to eat and drink just a very short walk away. The breakfast was extensive for a small hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable and immaculately clean. All the staff were great.

Cons:

The bar is not staffed at all times and does not have airconditioning, this encouraged us to leave the premises, which was ultimately a very nice evening out. Other than this, no complaints at all.

la cortesia dello staff, soprattutto di Sebastiano, cortese ed empatico, efficiente e disponibile; la modernità degli arredi e del bagno, assai confortevole, il balconcino molto gradevole, la sala colazione accogliente

Parfait pour un séjour à Rome. Proche de tout (à 3 arrêts du centre via le métro A)

La majeure partie du personnel était sympathique, disponible et avenant.
Propreté des chambres irréprochable

Did not enjoy my stay.
Pros:

Close to metro station, convenient to get around.

Cons:

Layout not convenient with open plan bathrooms. Rooms very small. Also could hear a lot of noise from adjoining rooms. Slow check in. Weird smell. Thin bed sheets.
