The lady on reception was very welcoming helpful and friendly. The lady helping with the breakfast was also lovely.
The bed was comfortable enough and generally the hotel was quiet. Sadly my stay was ruined on the last night as below.
1. Every time someone used the shower next door it sounded like Niagra Falls was running directly behind the bed. This came to a head on the final night when the shower ran continuously for over two hours! I can only assume there was a technical issue. The person on reception was very unhelpful and clearly wasn't wanting to be disturbed. When he entered the room he suggested it wasn't that bad despite the racket sounding like heavy rain hitting against a gutter. Eventually I was moved to a better room however this was at nearly 1am and very tiring and stressful.
2. The sliding toilet privacy door was poor.
3. Lighting was horribly harsh
