For an international hotel, I thought it was not well equipped. No trolleys in the basement for luggage, no signs anywhere in English, lifts very difficult to use, no USB ports for charging phones, and my first room had no air-conditioning working and I had to change rooms at midnight. The staff however were very helpful.

The room was perfect and we liked being close to the spa

Cons:

On full power the shower could overflow the rim of the bath.

In the restaurant, whilst the outside seating area looked immaculate with its growing vines, it did attract several rats who passed by the window adjacent to our indoor table. We drew it to the waiter's attention. Fortunately they didn't come indoors.
