La propreté dans les couloirs. Plateaux et autres vaisselles laissés au sol dans le couloir de mon arrivée à mon départ le lendemain matin. Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.

Pros:

No tube mucho tiempo para disfrutarlo ,escogí ese hotel porque me cancelaron un vuelo y tenía que pasar la noche cerca del aeropuerto llegamos pasadas las 12 de la noche y la navette para el aeropuerto nos lleve a las 5 de la mañana así que no pude aprovechar nada las instalaciones solo la cama,pero todo me pareció muy bien

Very clean hotel next to Toulouse Airport with free shuttle and great breakfast
Pros:

Very clean hotel close to Toulouse Airport, accessible by walking if you travel with only one small luggage. Airport shuttle is provided for free for those with luggage so this is convient. Exceptional breakfat with many choices.

Pros:

Le restaurant est qualitatif, la barmaid Laureen fidélise parfaitement la clientèle elle est réactive, minutieuse énergique courtoise , tout comme votre personnel d'accueil.

Cons:

Le responsable restaurant est exécrable, il a très mal parlé au jeune serveur et à la barmaid devant nous lors des deux soirs où nous avons mangé dans le restaurant. Comportement à la limite du manfoutisme envers nous, la table est restée avec les verres apéritif et bouteilles vides, assiettes même après le café il n'a pas débarrassé. Il a préféré dire au serveur je cite " tu ne sais rien faire correctement toi aller dégage ". Et le deuxième soir il a dit a votre barmaid devant nous " t'es vraiment nulle, bonne a rien bouge toi j'ai pas que ça a faire".
Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréable dommage que poils et cheveux dans la baignoire et sur une serviette. Le bouchon de la baignoire est nous de moisissures et ne tourne pas.

Pros:

Great location close to airport, walkable to car rental station. Friendly staff, convenient airport shuttle early in the morning. Very baby-friendly, provided crib and high chair for meals.
