Cons:

Der Umgang während des Telefonats beim bestellen des Shuttles was nie angekommen ist mir 40 Minuten Wartezeit gekostet hat und ich doch zurück gelaufen bin.

Réception de nuit excellente. En revanche, le service navette est une honte : l’opératrice a raccroché sans donner les bonnes instructions. Résultat : 40 minutes d’attente inutile. Inadmissible pour un Radisson Blu.

Cons:

le petit déjeuner est cher pour les produits proposés car avant il y avait plus de choix et surtout qu'ils n'étaient pas tous bien frais comme le fromage qui était sec et les fruits sec pour certains moisis

Pros:

The team got a taxi for us at 6am instead of the (free) shuttle. No extra charge. That was nice.

Cons:

For evening meal, service in restaurant was a problem. the staff were good but you need more of them.
You also need extra people at check in. When we arrived we waited for approx 10 mins, there was only 1 person. A huge queue built up behind us. Then finally another person came out and got behind a check in counter.
