Oaks Liwa Heights Suites

I am trying to book an apartment in Oak towers for long term stay. I called on 12 May 2025 at 13.45pm and spoke to the receptionist. She told me the manager is on lunch break and will return my call at 3pm. He has not called back so I am wondering if the staff being attentive is something from the past.

Very efficient check in. Big room. Very clean. Great layout with nice views. Friendly staff. Very enjoyable stay.

Very Good hotel apartment, nice view and accommodation very neat and quit advise this hotel for other to book on it.

The room looks outdated though kept clean. Lenins need to be upgraded. Drinking water can be upgarded to bottled water instead of plastic bottled water.

Starting from Arrival , we were welcomed with a nice gesture and also there was a bell man who smiled and welcomed us. I forgot his name but he assisted with the luggage. He was very helpful. Reception boy named Sriram I guess, helped with detailed information of the hotel. Entering the room, we felt more standard and luxurious suite. Upon requesting every assistance, Houskeeping service was on exact time which made us feel very valued. Loved it. Breakfast was on the top. Nabeel who assisted to serve us was a great and humble staff. Thankyou nabeel . Everything was perfect. Also upon checkout, Laxman approached us for the warm farewell and discussed about the breakfast as we faced little Misunderstanding. From that we can know that customer priority is on high level. The hotel and the apartment room is clean and quiet. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
I would stay again at this hotel on my next trip to Dubai. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable.

We loved our stay. Staff were very cordial and professional and went above our beyond to make our stay comfortable. Location is well placed next to the E11 highway and metro station, and also a good walking distance from the Dubai marina. Overall highly recommend this apartment hotel if you are bringing your family and want to be at the heart of the city.

This hotel is not in a tourist area. There are lots of locals in the immediate vicinity and service workers . The cleaners were all male . They rang the bell daily even when the do not disturb sign was outside the door. Often several men would turn up which felt slightly uncomfortable as a sole female traveller. I regret not staying with my relatives who were at a different hotel at the Marina . Uber journeys always charge extra on top of the maximum amount which was irritating and it is a 10 minute journey to Marina Mall. The room overlooked a car park and a highway - not much to see. The apartment needed upgrading and on closer inspection wasn’t clean. There was a damp problem under the sink with an unpleasant odour. The few female staff at reception weren’t friendly although the male receptionists were more attentive. All in all a very male dominated hotel and you don’t see many women walking around the local area.

Need some special attention and benefits for long term stay guests. Undersigned is living in this hotel for more than 3 years, and at least one more year will continue.

Rooms were amazing, spacious, staff were super friendly and helpful. Facilities were great. Overall I’m very impressed and satisfied. Certainly I will come back again

The property is quite spacious and the location is convenient. However, it requires attention in terms of maintenance and deep cleaning. There are noticeable stains on the curtains, bed, and walls, and the overall hygiene could be improved. Additionally, the shower has mold that needs to be addressed.

The pillow having a smell , they forgot about my breakfast meal. Bugs flying in the room . Overall very bad for the price I’m paying

Staff friendly approached and cleaners effort to maintain good impression is the most important thing when i want to return back to a hotel.

The hotel is easily accessible. All the staffs are kind, friendly, and accommodating. Room is spacious and clean. I love that I have the kitchen area and 2 washrooms. I appreciate that there was no hassle in checking in and out. Feels like home.

I stayed on the 20th Floor and views were very nice from the lounge/hall. The size of the rooms and bathroom were nice as well and felt like something very close to home. The room service was quick as well for my request. I will definitely prefer to stay here if the price is reasonable.

very enjoyable place, it was indeed great experience including nice service, comfort and great location.as well as the great views. I will especially remember always ready to help, friendly and supportive staff members.

Beautiful place but 3 things I didn’t like about the place.
1st the shower door was really annoying to get in and out.
2nd after 6 mins of shower the hot water turns into gold. So if you go there as a couple you need to wait 20 to half hr for the water to get warm again.
3rd, 2 elevators but was always only one elevator working.

Very clean, large, and comfortable. Very responsive to requests. A really nice cafe that had a delicious menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were very comfortable here.
