Pros:

We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel. The staff was amazing and very helpful. They arranged transportation for us and always asked how our stay was going. The cleaning staff made our stay even more comfortable by always providing us with a nice, clean room. There was a great variety of food, so everyone could find something they liked. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The stay was wonderful i have nothing bad to say.

staff and management very good but generally maintenance disappointing.

Cons:

Maintenance is lacking , reported the fridge not working 4 times and after 3 attempts it was not fixed ( said the replacement fridge was fitted but never worked).
Also the rooms and wc especially need general repairs.
I have visited / stayed a number of times since 2015 and their just seems to be no repairs carried out which eventually will off putting for us.

Pros:

The rooms were very big, the hotel has plenty of space and the staff is very nice. The breakfast also has many options. It was a bit weird tat you had to pay for the fresh orange juice.

Cons:

The bathrooms although clear were quite old

Kiváló ár-érték arányú hotel közel a tengerparthoz.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and there was a large selection, different every day. The restaurant on the 7th floor had a wonderful view of the sea. The pool and sauna also had a sea view. The reception was very nice, everyone was helpful. Very closed location to the beach! Super!!

A well priced, quality accommodation, with good level of comfort and competent staff.
Pros:

The hotel is well presented, the building is not freshly re-done, but in a good state. Rooms are comfortable, the air-con coped with Turkish summer well.
Location is on a busy street, but all the essentials this suburb offers are close.
The staff left a very good impression, everyone was ready to help. A gentleman called Engin was particularly helpful when I needed to arrange a dinner in the hotel restaurant for my elderly mother. Thank you!

Cons:

The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly and regularly.
The only truly negative aspect of the trip was the beach - it is literally the dirtiest one I have ever been on. And on such a beautiful coast, what a shame!
