Hotel zahtjeva HITNO renoviranje i čišćenje da bi nastavio dalje sa radom,izgubio je kvalitet usluge

Prvi put sam bio u ovom hotelu 2023 godine i do danas je hotel dosta propao i izgleda istrošeno.Jedna od dobrih stvari je lokacija,veoma bogat doručak,osoblje hotela je za pohvalu zbog ljubaznosti.

Cons:

Mnogi sadržaji hotela koji su navedeni ne rade i nisu u funkciji,hotel zahtjeva hitno renoviranje jer je baš propao,voda u bazenu i okolica bazena je preprljava kao i stakla na kompletnom hotelu,još jedna najgluplja stvar koju nikad nisam doživio je da osoblje zahtjeva korištenje kape pri ulasku u bazen i ne daju bebi od 1g da se kupa sa roditeljima u velikom bazenu,vrata neispravna mnogo ima loših stvari koje neću nabrajati prije 3 godine je hotel dobio moju ocijenu 10 a danas ću mu dati 7 samo zato sa mu ne rušim prosjek a inače bi dobio dosta nizu ocijena i da daleko od hotela s 5 zvjezdica izgubio je zvijezde u međuvremenu!

Nie wieder – deutlicher Unterschied zwischen Werbung und Realität

Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke akzeptabel.

Cons:

Leider entsprach der Aufenthalt in nahezu allen Bereichen nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Das Zimmer roch stark nach altem Zigarettenrauch. Der Geruch war dauerhaft wahrnehmbar und hatte sich offensichtlich in Möbeln, Vorhängen und anderen Textilien festgesetzt.

Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht den veröffentlichten Bildern. Die Einrichtung wirkt stark abgewohnt und schlecht gepflegt. Es gibt zahlreiche Verfärbungen, Beschädigungen, Abplatzungen an Türzargen und schlecht verarbeitete Sanitäranlagen. Türen und Schränke quietschen bei jeder Nutzung.

Mehrere Steckdosen funktionierten nicht, darunter auch Steckdosen direkt neben dem Bett. Der Fenstergriff war locker und die Sofas wirkten stark verschmutzt.

Ein vorab zugesagtes Babybett wurde trotz vorheriger Absprache nicht bereitgestellt.

Das Personal wirkte überwiegend desinteressiert und wenig professionell. Auf mehrere während des Aufenthalts gemeldete Beschwerden erhielten wir keine zufriedenstellenden Antworten. Insbesondere Fragen zu den verwendeten Reinigungs- und Waschmitteln blieben unbeantwortet.

Zusätzlich wurde auf dem Fernseher unseres Zimmers die Begrüßung eines anderen Gastes angezeigt, was Fragen zum Datenschutz aufwarf.

Insgesamt entsteht der Eindruck eines Hotels, das deutlich hinter den beworbenen Standards zurückbleibt und seit Jahren nur unzureichend instand gehalten wird. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen und können es nicht empfehlen.

Когда-то это был шикарный отель среди депрессивного района.
Pros:

Персонал старается сделать максимум возможного для удобства гостей. Сотрудники очень приветливы и всегда готовы помочь. Протечку раковины в ванной быстро ликвидировали.

Cons:

Отель посторен давно и выглядит "уставшим". Тяжелый воздух в комнате. На пляже и в море много мусора и окурков. В воде плавают подозрительные предметы.

Excellent hotel with very clean facilities and outstanding service. A special thanks to Ingin, who truly goes above and beyond to take care of guests and ensure they have a pleasant stay. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers made a real difference. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.

Cons:

Sometimes the card didn't workThe only minor issue I experienced was that the room key card occasionally did not work properly, which was a bit inconvenient. However, this did not significantly affect my overall stay.
