Muy mala experiencia por la limpieza de la habitación, salimos llenos de piquetes de animales.

Excelente lugar para disfrutar tu estancia en Taxco
Pros:

El desayuno del día domingo lo disfrute mucho, la musico en vivo como amenidad fue excepcional, los alimentos con muy buen sabor, y la atención del personal de 10. y las vistas a la ciudad la cereza del pastel.
la piscina limpia, para mi gusto el agua fria por lo cual no me pude meter, pero con muchas opciones de juegos y actividades, la clase de estiramiento por la mañana muy placentera

La comida y la atención del personal siempre muy buena , la piscina tenia calentador por lo que estaba muy a gusto a pesar del frío

Cons:

Fuimos en temporadas de lluvia y hacia un poco de frío , pedimos cobertores extra para el frío pero nos llevaron una cobija muy delgada , de ahí en fuera todo excelente

Engaño al momento del check-in

La vista desde la montaña es impresionante.

Cons:

Nos hemos alojado en este hotel cuatro veces, y en dos ocasiones nos engañaron con la asignación de habitación. En las dos ocasiones anteriores, habíamos solicitado una habitación solo con vistas a la ciudad, pero nos dieron una con vistas al jardín. Por nuestra modestia, no quisimos discutir con la recepcionista. La recepcionista, esta vez y la anterior, era la misma mujer; por desgracia, no supimos su nombre.

Su vista es genial muy bonita y en si el hotel es bonito, Pero no creo que sea para el costo que maneja .

Cons:

No me gustó que el teleférico, tuviera un costo de 160 pesos , si eres huésped del hotel debería ser un poco más económico.., Finalmente debería de ser un servicio del mismo hotel por la ubicación.

No tiene las 5 estrellas q declara. El costo del teleferico es excesivo, todo cobran aparte (hasta para usar la mesa de billar o el mini golf) las sillas del restaurante estan flojas.
