Estuvimos un fin de semana para escapar de la ciudad, nos encantó la vista que se tiene de Taxco, así como el teleférico que te lleva directo a la ciudad, sin duda un gran lugar para hospedarse. Cuentan con un servicio de spa muy agradable y el restaurante muy rico.

Todo muy limpio, el servicio siempre fue amable y todo funcionaba como wifi, agua caliente, cafe en la habitación, aire acondicionado, chapas, agua templada en la alberca, el restaurante muy delicioso, buena carta y buen precio.
La tina y el lavabo son antiguos, les falta cambio, pero funcionan muy bien, tal vez ventilación en el baño.
La comida estupenda, y la tranquilidad inigualable, la vista impresionante y volveré con el mismo gusto de siempre .😊

La comida es deliciosa, tienen eventos gratis y las instalaciones de primera, creo que puedo volver sin problema
Que el primer dia la habitación tenia basura de comida tirada junto a una de las camas, no se si se le fue a la chica de limpieza, posteriormente todo en orden, pero si es importante mencionarlo.
Everything was top notch! You can tell they really care about it and they really try. The people are very nice. The facilities are excellent and very clean.
I can't complain about anything! I will be looking forward to my next visit soon!

The hotel is nice and located at the top of the mountain which provides for a great view of Taxco. It was quiet. There was shopping in the hotel, including silver shops with prices comparable to those in town. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The bed was slightly uncomfortable and the decor is outdated. The hotel could use some updating. No other complaints.
