Address Downtown

The pool at the Address Downtown is easily one of my favorite spots in Dubai. It is perfectly positioned to capture plenty of sun throughout the day, but it’s also temperature-controlled, making it just as enjoyable during the cooler months.
What truly sets this place apart, however, is the excellent service. I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Arup, Vijay, and Joseph multiple times; they are consistently helpful, professional, and welcoming. Even when the deck is busy, they go out of their way to accommodate me, seamlessly managing bed availability even if I need to move around.
Highlights of the experience:
The Atmosphere: Unlike many other hotel pools in the area, there is no loud, intrusive music. It is a peaceful, sophisticated environment perfect for a relaxing day.
Dining: Food service is prompt and efficient. The menu offers a great selection, including high-quality, healthy options that don't compromise on flavor.
Value: It is well worth the investment for a premium, stress-free experience.
If you’re looking for a refined day by the water with top-tier service, I cannot recommend the Address Downtown enough.

The staff couldn’t have been nicer and more friendly to me . The whole experience was really lovely . Im already looking forward to coming back . Special mention to Vijay , Joseph and Arup for looking after me so well and couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly.

Stayed at address down town mid feb 26. The hotel reception and other staff are very polite and cooperative. More than five star all the way. Club lounge and breakfast excellent. I remember young miss moon at reception. Small but a blast of assistance.

The best place in Dubai and amazing friendly helpful staff. Best view to Burj Kalifa and super high quality place. Special thanks to Vijay, Hasan and Josef you guys amazing we always will come back.

The best service of housekeeping in residence side, both of guys are working very good always with attention and compromise for the best staying, thanks Masarul and Suresh, you guys are very professional and kind.

We had a wonderful experience here. The view of the Burj Khalifa is absolutely breathtaking — truly something special.

The staff are simply fantastic: incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. We were immediately offered cold water in a cooler bag, our sunglasses were cleaned for us, and the lifeguards were extremely attentive, constantly changing their positions depending on where the children were — which made us feel completely safe at all times.

The place is beautiful, very well organized, and feels exceptionally safe, especially for families with children.
I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

Unfortunately, I don’t remember the names of all the staff members, but I would especially like to mention Vijay, Malvin, and Arup, who did an outstanding job.
A huge thank you to the entire team — you made our stay truly memorable!

I had a wonderful afternoon at the pool, and Kehinde Joseph made the experience even better. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. His service was outstanding and truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend both the pool and the staff for such great service.

Excellent hotel where we usually stay when we re in Dubai. Everything perfect. We take a suite with a view on Burg Khalifa and the lake. A pleasure for the eyes.
The rooms are perfect, the service is great and the lounge is superb.

Tahzeem from the club lounge has made our stay expectionally comfortable. She has been understanding of our needs and has fulfilled them with pleasure. My family and I are very happy with her service.

Excellent service at Address Downtown! A special shout-out to Derrick from the F&B team for making our daughter’s 3rd birthday so special. They surprised us with a cake, and the whole team came together to sing Happy Birthday—it was such a lovely touch.
