Pros:

A cama é bem confortável e o espaço do quarto é bem amplo.

Cons:

Inicialmente me colocaram em um quarto no qual eu não tinha feita a reserva. O quarto estava com cheiro de tinta fresca, ar condicionado pingando e com o banheiro fedendo a xixi ardido. Mas me realocaram em um quarto limpo, cheiroso e mais aconchegante. Somente a vista que era de frente para obra e eu tinha pedido com sacada.

Hotel antigo e sujo
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, quase em frente à praia da Barra. Café da manhã razoável.

Cons:

O hotel é antigo, fiquei em um quarto dos mais novos segundo a recepção. Mal conservado, corredores sujos, piso do quarto com a cerâmica descascada em vários pontos, paredes sujas e toalhas encardidas. A roupa de cama e cobertores não tinham cheiro de limpos. A saída de ar do ar condicionado estava imunda. Para completar, o hotel NÃO INFORMOU que a caldeira de aquecimento da água estava quebrada. Descobri quando fui tomar banho a noite com água gelada. Ao perguntar a um funcionário no dia seguinte que descobri. É uma situação que deveria ter sido informada pelo hotel para que o cliente pudesse optar por seguir com a reserva ou não.
