Very disappointing experience. We arrived for our reservation and were told there was an issue with our room, so we were relocated to The Tillary Hotel. We were told by the front desk that we would be able to stay there for the duration of our trip, only to be told the next day that we had to pack up and move back to NU Hotel.

Although Uber transportation was provided, it did not make up for the inconvenience and disruption of having to switch hotels twice during our stay. The communication was poor, and the front desk staff showed no compassion for the situation. We understand that issues happen, but this was handled poorly and added unnecessary stress to our trip.

The lack of care and empathy from the staff was extremely disappointing. I would think twice before booking here - this was too stressful to deal with.

Great location but notnworth the price for a suite
Pros:

Location was very good

Cons:

Lobby was underwhelming
The suite was not worth the price
While it was very spacious,the bed was placed such that it was hard to get in and out of. The hammock that was pictured in the ads was not there, and other than useless space, there was not much more to it.

I rate about a 6 or 7
Pros:

The breakfast was ok think it could have been better. As well a refrigerator would have been good due to the weather being very hot outside

Simple, comfortable and affordable!
Pros:

Location was on point, the breakfast was simple but not continental (bonus!) and the coffee was hot! The bed was very comfortable and shower water pressure was strong .

Pros:

Despite the location at an extremely busy intersection, my room was quiet. The windows were triple paned and it was clear a lot of thought had gone into noise reduction.
