Nuit agréable malgré un malentendu à l'arrivée.

Le problème avec la carte de débit... quel dommage de ne pas proposer une solution de secours si la "carte bancaire de Débit" ne vous convient pas... La chambre est payée, une chambre chère en plus. Et il était impossible d'aller se reposer, bêtement parce que la carte débit ne vous plaît pas pour la caution (alors qu'elle avait marché dans d'autres hôtels apparemment 🙄)...

Pourquoi ne pas proposer un paiement en ligne pour la caution, avec un remboursement rapide le lendemain après le check out ?
Ce problème de carte "Débit" est régulièrement un problème à l'étranger... je trouve aberrant de ne pas avoir de solution de secours...

Really nice, close to airport.
Pros:

It's one of the better northern Canadian refurbished hotels I've stayed in. The service was great. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but it looked cozy. It's close to the airport which worked very well for an early flight. I'd stay here again easily. One of the better hotels in Whitehorse in my opinion. It is not walking distance to the town however. A car or cab will be required for shopping or enjoying Whitehorse, which is a really well appointed town for its size.

Staff always on point to help out and give great suggestions
Pros:

Nice spot, great reception with Freddie as always. Very convenient when travelling in and out of Whitehorse. Also has a great restaurant at hotel.

5 Stars to The Skky for Making Stays Comfortable.
Pros:

Best Place to Stay in Town, the staff is always friendly and welcoming and helpful. Imran at front always remembers me and helps me out with a smile on the face.

Superb Hotel and Customer Service
Pros:

Beautiful place. Newly furnished rooms with all the amenities you will need while travelling. Staff are the best here specially Freddie. He is always ready to assist you will almost anything. And this hotel is just across from the airport.

Worth the stay
Pros:

It was a very nice stay. Room was clean and they have new furnitures. It was clean and peaceful. Freddie helped me to make sure that I got everything I need. I will come back for sure.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay, and I want to give a special thank-you to Freddie, Chris, and Imran. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate my grandmother’s 80th birthday. The room was beautifully decorated with flowers and balloons, they even arranged a cake with her name, and they left a heartfelt message that truly moved her.

Their kindness and attention to detail made this trip unforgettable for our whole family. We are deeply grateful and would happily stay here again!

It was excellent!
Pros:

The room was nice and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in! The shower was hot just how I like it to be and the hotel is close to the airport which is nice for late arrivals.

Cons:

The restaurant was closed but it was Christmas holidays. They did not have an extra room when the weather set in and we needed to stay another night.
