Un hôtel agréable dans un contexte dégradé par le comportement de jeunes sans respect pour le sommeil des autres.
Pros:

Le confort, l’amabilité du personnel, la proximité de la gare de Lyon.

Cons:

Le bruit extérieur : des jeunes ont joué au ballon et ont hurlé jusque tard dans la nuit (2h30 du matin), malgré l’intervention de la police à 22h00.

Pros:

Proche de la gare de Lyon à pied, lit confortable, petit déjeuner de qualité, personnel disponible et agréable. Bien insonorisé des autres chambres (par contre pas assez de l'extérieur).

Cons:

Malheureusement, un groupe d'enfants jouaient au foot dans la ruelle de l'hôtel, quasi tous les soirs jusqu'à 23h. Les bruits du ballon et les cris étaient difficiles à supporter. Le personnel de l'hôtel a été à notre écoute pour nous rendre le séjour agréable malgré tout.

Un bel endroit mais sujet à des incivilités. À éviter en ce moment
Cons:

Les 2 premières nuits ont été affreuses. Des groupes de personnes ont gueulé toute la nuit sous l hôtel. Le troisième jour, les forces de l’ordre sont passées vers 20h pour déplacer ces individus . L hôtel tente de résoudre le problème
