Décevant pour un 4 étoiles

L’emplacement

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre supérieure avec terrasse et nous avons eu une chambre standard sans terrasse… Le réceptionniste ne nous a rien dit lors du check-in (en espérant sûrement que nous n’allions pas nous en apercevoir)

Pour le reste, la chambre n’est clairement pas du standing attendu d’un 4 étoiles :
- la literie (oreillers et matelas) sont de mauvaise qualité, nous avons très mal dormi
- le lavabo avait un problème d’écoulement d’eau et se bouchait constamment
- la chambre est mal isolée et nous entendions beaucoup le bruit de la rue

Terrible experience. Way too expensive for the service provided
Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel was its location. It’s next to the metro, in a quiet neighborhood, safe area and it was very easy to move around. The staff was ok as well. Apart from that, everything else was not good at all.

Cons:

The place is old, my room smelled, the flush in the toilet didn’t work properly and I had a huge problem in the room I was staying. It was raining while I was in Paris and my bathroom had a water leak, so the water started flooding the floor. They had to put towels to stop the water from getting into the carpet and I had to stay in that room from the night because they were fully booked and could only move me to another room the next morning. They did eventually changed me to another room but the inconvenience was huge, as I was traveling with my parents and was no longer in the room next to them. The new room also has issues: one lamp didn’t work, the flush in the toilet didn’t work properly, and so I think I paid way too much money for all these issues. In the end, all I got was an apology and nothing else. I definitely don’t recommend this place and would never stay there again.

В целом отель оправдал мои ожидания.
Pros:

Персонал доброжелательный о отзывчивый. Помогли разобраться с транспортом, так как в день отъезда были ремонтные работы в метро, и порекомендовали отличный ресторан. С удовольствием вернусь ещё. Номер был просторный с прекрасной террасой и в тоже время тихий.

Cons:

Качество уборки. Не слишком чисто по моим стандартам.

Assolutamente consigliato
Pros:

Camera confortevole e non piccola come altri hotel di Parigi. Colazione buona e ricca, senza prodotti confezionati. Le persone con cui ho parlato in reception sono state molto disponibili. Abbiamo fatto una piccola richiesta dopo la prima notte e l'albergo l'ha subito soddisfatta. Hotel ottimo per un soggiorno a Parigi.

Hôtel au personnel attentif, chambre bien mais des soucis avec le bruit.
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait, entre une impasse et une avenue, beaucoup de choix de restaurants à proximité. Le marché d'Aligre était malheureusement fermé le lundi.
Le personnel est adorable.
Il y a une terrasse sur le toit avec des chaises longues mais vu l'heure nous n'avons pas pu en profiter, il faisait nuit.
Le frigidaire bien utile ainsi que la bouilloire accompagnée de sachets divers.
Les wc indépendants de la SDB.
En réaction à nos remarques, la direction nous a offert 20% sur un prochain séjour dans l'un de leur 4 hôtels à Paris plus le petit déjeuner gratuit qui peut-être monté dans la chambre

Cons:

Le bruit!!!
La porte des WC couinait, les portes des autres clients qui claquent et, pas de chance pour l'hôtel, un groupe de jeunes qui ont joués de la musique entre minuit et 2h sous notre fenêtre! Puis vers 7h d'autres bruits, comme si on sortait les poubelles dans cette impasse pavée mais à la réception ils m'ont dis ne pas savoir de quoi je parlais. En revanche pour les jeunes, cela leur était déjà arrivés, ils avaient prévenus la police qui les avaient délogés mais ils sont revenus précisément lors de notre nuit hachée...
