La gentillesse et le professionnalisme de la réceptionniste

Cons:

Pas de frigo dans la chambre, ni douche.

Friendly staff
Pros:

The staff is amazing. Really lovely and helpful. It's a 10 -15 min walk to the station.

Cons:

The first room I got had a number of maintenance issues like water leaks. It also had a super irritating noise coming from the air conditioner. It didn't have soap in the bathroom. However, when I asked to swap rooms the next one I got was all fine and had no issues.

Parfait, retour dans cet hôtel avec volonté
Pros:

La chambre très spacieuse et personnel qui refuse rien. Je suis arrivé, j’ai demandé une chambre à l’étage élevée, c’était accordé et ils m’ont donné une chambre très bien. Si je dois revenir dans cet hôtel, je demanderai toujours la même chambre

Velice rád se vrátím!
Pros:

Čistota, klid, skvělá lokace blízko nádherného trhu a kousek od vlakového nádraží. Příjemná paní na recepci. V okolí plno restaurací a barů, člověk hned nasaje atmosféru Paříže. Ubytování mohu všem doporučit.

Cons:

Jedinou vadou byla děravá hadice u sprchy, kdy podstatná část vody vytekla dříve než se dostala do hlavice sprchy ale to jsem přežil.

Vjet do garáže s větším vozem je opravdu možné jen s velkou dávkou koncentrace.

Belle ville, très bon personnel de travail, hotel OK, rêgles OK. Cher pour qualité. Moyen en général
Pros:

Le personnel était excellent et ont essayés de résoudres les problèmes commes ils pouvaient avec ceux qu'ils avaient. Ils ont été très raisonnables et on fait leur services avec ceux qu'ils avaient.

Salle de chambre sans air conditionnée (ils ont proposé une chambre libre inutilisable par cause d'odeur restaurant, puis ventilateur, acceptable). Problèmes par rapports à literie, résolue très rapidement par le service.

Cons:

Pas d'air conditionné, 100 EUR la nuit mais pas de déjeuner compris (plutôt ridicule mais bon), etc.

Proximité avec la gare, Lit confortable , personnel sympathique, propre mais plein de taches marron sur la moquette …

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre privilège. Il est indiqué dans l’annonce qu’il y avait des peignoirs et chaussons , fer à repasser ,… ce n’était pas le cas malheureusement . Nous avons dû demander un fer à repasser à l’accueil et il n’y avait pas de planche à repasser. Pour les peignoirs et les chaussons nous n’avons pas osé demander et pour nous ce n’est pas au client de demander ces choses, elles devraient être à disposition à notre arrivée dans la chambre. De plus je pense qu’il y a un problème dans les évacuations des éviers et de la baignoire car très long à évacuer.
