Pros:

The hotel is very central and and comfortable

Cons:

Cars should not be parked along side the hotel to the back car park as it is very narrow driveway also as customers are walking along to use the side door entrance

Great location i. The town..great service, food was lovely in the bar...breakfast was exceptional every taste catered for...rooms very comfortable and clean..staff very friendly.

Cons:

Towel rail at of bath wS loose and fell down.during the night put it back up but will need attention

Perfect position overlooking the castle. Great hotel.
Pros:

Right in the centre of everything this hotel has beautiful views of Kilkenny Castle. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. Great stay.

Great location
Pros:

It was right in the city and very close to city bars and attractions

Cons:

Couldn't check on till 4pm we were going to a show at 3pm so actually didnt get a room until late inches evening. 3 adults in a room and only 2 bath towel.
