Pros:

Prachtig gelegen hotel met parkeerplaats, goede bedden en ruime hotelkamer.

Cons:

Ontbijt was vrij standaard.
Wat achterstallig onderhoud in de douche.

Pros:

Excellent location. Although it's a big and old style hotel, the facilities were excellent and staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast and breakfast room. I was pretty disappointed with the lack of a dining room/restaurant.

Perfect location in Kilkenny
Pros:

The location was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. We stayed three nights and we liked it.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall a good stay.
Pros:

Location in the middle of the town and easy to walk around. Friendly staff who were helpful when needed.

Cons:

Bathroom was not as clean as expected and was mentioned to staff who took the matter to housekeeping. Parking was difficult and quite tight to navigate. Very noisy on Sunday night due to wedding/disco taking place in vicinity.

This was our first stay but due to a few things we would not return.

Cons:

We stayed 2 nights, it was my husband’s birthday & our wedding anniversary, I mentioned this at reception & and this was dismissed.
Not the usual reaction when we have stayed at hotels. The extractor in bathroom did not work & person called up to fix it but didn’t. The room and bathroom was full of moisture. No hot water on second day but this was rectified. Plug in sink was broken.

Pros:

Super lokalizacja, widok na zamek przy śniadanku, klimat tradycyjny Irlandzki, miejsca do parkowania są, blisko też do głównej ulicy, zabytków i pubow. Obsługa kelnerska przy sniadaniu.

Cons:

Brak świeżych warzyw do śniadania, jeden rodzaj sera i szynki, słaba kawa nie z expresu. Brak europejskich gniazdek w pokojach., na szczescie są dwa USB, ale nie przy łóżku.

Breakfast —— it was total chaos. Had to wait a long time to be seated. Was seated too close to someone coughing. The hostess did not want to respond to my query about another place to sit.
