Sauberkeit, Freundlicher Service beim Frühstück

Cons:

Ausstattung des Zimmers ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, Teppich im Zimmer müsste gründlich gereinigt werden, keine USB-C Ladebuchsen, keine Steckdosen am Bett, Einzelbetten obwohl ich ein Doppelbett gebucht hatte, Lärm von der Straße relativ laut (nur bei geöffnetem Fenster)

You can find a better place for the same price
Pros:

The location was good for us, overall the room was spacious and comfy.

Cons:

We booked 5 rooms and many of us had issue with theirs.
- Pretty dusty surfaces, there is moquette everywhere so no surprise that you end up with such an amount of dust.
- The day we arrived (Sunday) one of us didn't have any towels in their room, we tried to reach out to the people there but no response on the phone, on the booking chat and nobody was there at the reception. If you have a problem you are on you own.
- They day we checked out, the person in the breakfast room acted very aggressively saying that the first day they had prepared breakfast for us since it was payed and reserved but we didn't show up. We ha to argue saying that nobody had reserved and payed for it (I even have the chat with the host in my booking app where they say themselves that breakfast was not included and if we wanted it we had to reserved it and pay, which NONE of us did). Also, 20 euros for breakfast seems pretty excessive, you can have it for half the price somewhere else.

Wir kommen gerne wieder, denn die Umgebung bietet noch viel zu entdecken.
Pros:

Das Frühstück läßt keine Wünsche offen und das Buffet war entsprechend angerichtet.
Die Lage mit der Anbindung über die Straßenbahn an die Innenstadt ist gut geeignet, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten entspannt ohne Fahrzeug und ohne Parkplatzsuche zu erreichen.

Cons:

Kopfkissen und Bettdecken sollten vielleicht generell für Allergiker, also ohne Federn umgerüstet werden.

Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Haus, ein individuell und stilvoll eingerichtetes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Sauber und ruhig.
Liebevolles, reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gute Lage und Parkplatz direkt am Haus.

отель расположен в старой вилле, все очень качественно. звукоизоляция на высоте, матрасы удобные, ванная тоже. в номере есть миникухня, в шкафу, мы приготовили отличный завтрак сами. рядом с отелем- магазин. есть парковка, небольшая, на 6 машин. тихий район, но не далеко от центра дрездена.

Cons:

подушка была пустой, хорошо бы поменять.
